Do not get their membership, they will not let you cancel

Do not get their membership- they will automatically renew it without asking for your permission or even informing you that it is going to happen, they will not allow you to cancel the membership, they will not inform you when the cancellation period is, they will not provide any documentation explaining their terms and conditions.
Under EU law you have a right to withdraw from a membership within 14 days; they get around this by not informing you that they have renewed your membership until over 1 month into it.
