warning do not buy anything from here, they are not to be trusted.. the size are a complete joke... go look on their eBay shop the small is not even 36" but they say it's a 44" then they hold your repayment, this is a well-known scam,
The quality of the jacket is faultless and communications with the factory were on point.
It did take a while to receive the 'black napa leather biker style jacket', but explanations for the delay were given which showed how good their quality control is. I would sum up my experience as "purchasing a fantastic looking item, of great quality from a very responsible company - thank you
Disgusting customer service! I ordered direct from the website and just over 2 weeks later still no jacket. It has been marked as despatched 9 days later only because I emailed them asking why has it not been despatched and they responded they had some system issues and was ready for despatch that day. The next day I had an automatic email to say it had been despatched. Now I’ve been asking for a tracking number as it’s been a week and it has still not turned up and I’m just getting ignored. I’ve just had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. AVOID!!!!
