Liars and theives

I ordered some thongs from them over a month ago and they have not arrived. A shipping label was created but the package never shipped. I thought they were a good company because they advertised heavily on Facebook. I have little hope that I'll ever receive my order.

Item never shipped

Item never shipped. They provided pre-shipment information but it never shipped. Thankfully I used PayPal. I had to open a case to get a refund.

Avoid – They ignore their own policies and their customers

I’ve sent four emails over the last two weeks and have been completely ghosted. Despite their website proudly advertising a "14-Day Money Back Guarantee," they refuse to honor it.

When they sent the wrong items entirely, their only "solution" was to offer a 20% discount on a future purchase—essentially asking me to pay them more money to fix their own mistake. Since then, they've gone silent. It’s a ridiculous way to run a business. Don’t waste your time or money here; if anything goes wrong with your order, you’re on your own

Good

Looking at the reviews, I was worried I was going to be scammed. The shipping process was a little bit dodgy as they used a random courier that I have never heard of. I don’t understand the complaints over the prices, when paying low prices you shouldn’t be expecting high quality. Buying the mixed pack, yeah some of the styles are quite ugly but I am overall very happy with most of the designs. They are very comfortable, but I can agree with the worries about breathability as they don’t have any cotton in them.

Never arrived and refuse to refund

I placed my order over the Christmas period. After two weeks with no delivery, I contacted support and was told to wait due to the holidays, which I understood.
Tracking then showed the parcel stuck at a Royal Mail sorting centre for over a week. I flagged that it was likely missing, but support repeatedly told me to keep waiting. Another week passed and I asked about a replacement, only to be told they wouldn’t even investigate until 30 January, over a month after I placed the order.
On 29 January, I followed up again and was told they would investigate. I explained that I would soon be away and wouldn’t be able to receive a replacement, so I requested a refund instead.
They later confirmed the parcel was missing and immediately sent out a replacement anyway, ignoring my refund request. When I asked again for a refund, I was told it was “against policy.” Had this process not been dragged out for weeks, I would have accepted a replacement, but their delays made that impossible. Since then, they’ve stopped responding altogether.
After reading other customer reviews, I honestly feel like I may have dodged a bullet. The product quality sounds just as poor as the service.
Very poor communication, inflexible policies, and disappointing customer service.

I have not had a bad experience

Shipping can take forever. I personally think it's because they put things on sale but don't have the actual stock to fulfill the orders. And they have to wait to get more before they can ship them. But that's just my opinion. But the quality of the underwear, the ones I get, are fine. Haven't had any problems.

Trashy products

Trashy products, all different sizes even though they all say small on them. Very bad quality and not even worth the clearance or discounted pricing. Save yourself some trouble and buy from Temu or Shien. I wrote to them and they told me that there's no way to return it and it's final sale. Even though half of them don't even fit because they're the wrong size.

Avoid

So knickers are cheap quality. However experience of delivery is horrendous took 11 working days to arrive!! It's says on website 4-8 working days for delivery. Once they finally replied to my email after a number of days they stated it would be up to 11 and they would not even look at it untill then even though royal mail stated not having the parcel.

Once finally arrived is was missing 12 pairs of knickers. I emailed and they wanted a picture of each pair of knickers I had received layed out, considering I have ordered 36 pairs this meant 24 pairs. At this point I cut my loses as this would have taken hours to do.

Mystery packs are awful

Saw the mystery packs so thought I’d order some. Inboxed them to ask what size pack corresponds with a uk 12, ordered the size as told, some will fit my 6 year old!
It’s cheap and nasty, this is back street quality
It’s nasty tacky cheap fabric poorly made. Even the packaging screams t@@u Please don’t waste £52 to find this out like I did!

Must be a scam

Must be a scam. I’ve waited over a month. First messages ignored then finally a reply. My parcels in a bin. Nothing to identify where but it’s not my bin. When queried they say to raise with courrier to investigate but they can’t help as I’m not their customer. They said the company has to raise. Doesn’t look like they’re bothered

I knew $1.25 a pair

I knew $1.25 a pair, not to expect miracles, but didn't expect them to fall apart on the first day. Also, the majority of the lace ones they sent are too scratchy to wear.

Cheap material

The reason they flaunt how cheap their undies are is because its made with BAD/CHEAP material.
I ordered the pink surprise pack. Immediately opening the packages and feeling the material, I knew it was not going to be something I'd enjoy wearing. All undies given are made out of spandex and polyamide. This is an immediate red flag for me when talking about undies. Although polyamide may be a little breathable, it is a synthetic fiber and not the same as cotton, which is what underwear SHOULD be made out of for women. Most of the styles they gave me were not cute at all(IMO), and half of them were fully sheer, lace, or g-string underwear I will have to throw out / donate, because they are just not practical for me. I can't be too upset about the styles and type since I ordered the mystery pack; however, I really was hoping for a little better quality. They must heavily filter their reviews as, I was under the impression that they were good quality and well liked. I definitely should have checked reviews outside of the website BEFORE buying.

Inconsistent sizing, terrible customer service.

I ordered on the 2nd of January, and when ordering their estimated delivery date was the 8th of Jan. The tracking number was finally generated on the 7th of Jan, but they still sat in their warehouse. I chased, as I'd ordered to a different address where I was staying, and was told it could take 11 business days for processing and delivery - which is fine, if they'd told me that when ordering! They finally arrived, and despite them all being the same size, I can't get a few pairs up over my thighs - they are clearly badly made and not to the same size. I'm glad I only paid £1 a pair, and won't be reordering.

It's not about underwear, it's the PRINCIPLE of it all

I bought two mystery bundles during their big sale, excited bc I have been debating buying from them for a while. I ordered the 12 pack of cotton, and the 12 pack of period friendly underwear. Easy peasy. Well, I received only 11 cotton underwear and the least period friendly underwear - lace, this weird white mesh, and thongs. Who wants to wear any of that on their heaviest days? What? The description for the period friendly even specifically states, non-thong. I digress. So I contact customer support, and Emily, was honestly the least helpful person in the world. I was asked to send photos, and sure enough she goes (paraphrased) "Yeah, that looks like you got the right assortment." WHAT. never in my 28 years. She then states that a pair of the cotton were considered period friendly. IN THAT CASE - I should have received the 14 pairs of cotton, because mind you they shorted me a pair anyways. So anyways, awful first experience with them and I wish I looked up reviews before pulling the plug because that is literally so annoying. ATP it's not about the underwear, it is the principle of it all. Give your customers what they ordered and don't try to gaslight them <3

I placed a 36-pair order during black friday pre sales

I placed a 36-pair order during Knotty’s $2 sale on Nov 18. On Nov 23, I got a cheerful email saying my order had shipped with a tracking number.
Except… it didn’t.
Because on Nov 26, I received another email telling me part of my order is actually sold out. So someone explain how my order was “shipped” 3 days ago when the items literally did not exist. The tracking number has zero movement because nothing was ever sent.
And then the cherry on top:
“We want to compensate you according to your preference.”
Their definition of “compensation”?
Pick a different color or item of the same price.
That’s not compensation — that’s just them scrambling to fix a mistake after pretending everything was shipped.
No refund.
No partial credit.
No actual make-right.
Just “Oops, our bad, pick something else.”
To make things worse, this completely contradicts their own policy:
“At Knotty, we strive to process your orders swiftly, usually within 1–3 business days. Once processed, you can expect delivery within approximately 4 to 8 business days.”
Nothing about this experience matched that.
Not the processing.
Not the shipping.
Not the honesty.
Definitely not the “compensation.”
The whole thing feels sloppy, misleading, and like they hoped customers wouldn’t notice. If you’re going to send fake shipping confirmations, at least don’t follow them up with “sorry, we never actually had your items in the first place.”
This was a disaster. Do better.

I've ordered twice for quite a few…

I've ordered twice for quite a few pairs and they are really nice. I asked for a preference and they said they'd do what they could to make that happen and then one order didn't arrive and they sent a replacement. Amazing customer service!

I had a positive experience

Despite the low reviews on here, I found my experience with Knotty to be good. I ordered some sale products , the sizing and quality was good , some even better than I was expecting once I saw the trustpilot reviews. The only issue was delivery time was quite long, but their communication about it was very responsive.

I was a bit dubious about ordering…

I was a bit dubious about ordering after seeing bad reviews, but I ordered anyway. 20 pairs of knickers (£6 postage) anyway 2 weeks later they arrived, I’m actually quite impressed, they are not what I would call expensive underwear quality, but are great for the price, well made and wash well, I would say I will order again but I think 20 new pairs of knickers may last me a long time,
