I had an international package order coming for my sister as a surprise. I understand these take alot longer to arrive, so I waited. Still no package; I got in touch with Mandy. She responded practically everyday until the package arrived. She was professional, prompt and courteous. Great customer service. Kudos, Knowfashionstyle, will order again.

They asked me to send the dress back and was shocked that the returned the parcel back. They asked to send it back again l, for me to pay fir postage again. I have lost over £60. Good quality fabric, but unusual size with terrible return policy
I ordered the "Blue Casual Solid Patchwork O Neck Long Dress Dresses" (Item No. K76404-1), size "Small" in April 2024. It was my first and last purchase from KnowFashionStyle.
The flowy fabric and elastic waist have strong potential to be flattering, but these are the reasons for only 2 stars:
1) Lack of measurements provided on the website of their standard sizes. More measurements should be listed, like the torso (or shoulder-to-waist) measurement - because I did not expect that the torso area would be too long for me. Since I'm short (5'2" in height), I was prepared to shorten/alter the dress-length myself as I usually do with dresses I order from other websites, but I was not prepared for the additional inconvenience of the shoulder-to-waist measurement being too long for me with size "Small". Unfortunately the dress-waist fell nearer to my hips than to my waist.
2) The return/exchange/refund policy is quite out-dated, uncompetitive and basically not customer-friendly. Their policy states that the customer is required to pay shipping plus all duties/taxes to return the item back to China. When I emailed them for a refund, I was told that the shipping and taxes would "not be worth it for the customer (me)", so they proposed that I keep the dress and they would refund only 30% of the price of the dress, which is why I will not be purchasing from KnowFashionStyle again.

If I could give a zero I would. I never received my item and when I tried calling the number they sent in a email 1-800-282-2468 all I get is a busy line smh terrible business I will NEVER buy anything from here again. They should be shut down for doing bad business. I didn't get my money back I'm going to take this as a lesson learned.

I order items that were right size according to size chart and did not receive all at once and did let me know that some things will be coming separately so wanted a refund and was told to expensive to send back and want you to pay custom fees to send back items because sizing chart is wrong. Be very careful when ordering
Be very careful when ordering. They sent me the WRONG SIZE shoe and then wanted me to jump through ridiculous hoops to even return them for the correct size. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell to US customers. We essentially have no recourse because they will allow returns if you are willing to do every little thing they ask and then pay for shipping. When you order, you aren’t informed that they are Chinese and the goods are coming from China. Bad business.

They deseve to be banned from selling in the U.S & dont even deserve 1 star. These people are crooks. On top of not having my item in stock after paying for it, when my order wouldnt reach in its advertised & paid delivery time because they completely delayed shipping out my order, I asked for a refund and they had the audacity to penalize me with keeping 50% of the return because it wasnt canceled within 24 hrs even though it was THEIR FAULT!!!
