KnowledgePoint Review
KP are extremely client focused. We have at times rush order requests and rush set up requests and KP are always so accommodating and will do all they can to enable materials to arrive on time.
All DDI associates who work with KP find the customer service team warm and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the team always explain a scenario to help manage expectations where needed.
There have been some quality issues with materials in the recent past. KP are open to feedback, learn from this and put measures in place to mitigate the issue reoccurring. DDI has a lot of faith in KP to represent DDI's brand with the quality of their print production and service.

A Shining Example...
I could not be more pleased with the customer service nor the systems interface that I have received from KnowledgePoint since taking them on as my print partner. The quality of their products is excellent and their technicians have tidied-up one or two of my diagrams to make them so much better.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Service
I've dealt with many suppliers over the years so I know the difference between good service and Great Service. From start to finish Knowledge Point have been on the ball, not only with quality products, they have delivered a Fantastic service. Even when an order has come in last minute, they have bent over backwards to ensure our courseware packs have reached our customer's site on time and ready for our training course. It's been an absolute please working with them and I would highly recommend using Knowledge Point to Everyone, trust me you wont be disappointed.
