Out family has been visiting the Safari Park for about 7 years, and it's always a great experience. The staff are always friendly. It was really nice when the staff put out food for the monkeys near our hous so we could admire them. Last year, the staff did the same at the Savana campsite. I'd like to give a special thanks to Ghita Madsen from the customer service department. She helped me very quickly.
The Museum of Evolution is a separate work of art.

The only downside I can think of is the ice cream shop.last year there was a really long line because you had to pay first and then choose the ice cream.It was a bit stressful.

Trying to make a reservation by email and try to ask some information first because it’s a really important trip to me.
The staff was rude and didn’t answer my questions at all . Im very sad with this first experience.

The safari park with overnight stay is priceless. The opportunity to wander around in the park when the day visitors has left was amazing. We stayed at Camp Samburu which was unforgettable. Watching the animals go to sleep up the trees and waking up for breakfast, so much activity. Limpopoland offered excellent activities when needing a break from the animals. My 9 and 11 years’ old were absolutely satisfied with everything.

The only negative thing about the park is the fact that you are able to drive through the park which obviously isn’t great for all animals. Here Kålmorden, Sweden, leads the way being a car free safari park.

It is a rather limited experience, but that can be understandable. But the thing that bothered me the most was the girl acting as guide was anthropomorphisizing the animals and calling them by derogatory terms. Such as "ostriches are stupid birds" instead of describing them as well adapted for their environment. It was rather sad to listen to her insulting the animals rather then actually describing their adaptations. The park should train their guides more.

We come every year and love it.

But....the coffee simply is undrinkable. Undrinkable. New machines and higher grade in coffee quality and better milk.

We arrived hungry, headed straight toward the nearest cafe/restaurant. The food was unexpectedly good, that seemed to be the case all round. We ended up at the play park nearby, it was great. Big, spacious, lots for the kids to do, even water play. There was ONE ice cream stand, a massive irritating queue, & slow staff, but a dad's gotta do what a dad's gotta do...
The drive between one part of the park to another was fine, but the Tiger "lock in" killed any chance of a positive experience for the rest of the trip. A fair wait to get in, & a necessary double gated lock in ensued. Once locked in for obvious reasons, we were at a virtual stand still due to the gates opening & shutting at the exit. It was a very slow process, & not a single Tiger to see until the very end. It was warm, we had no air conditioning, & we were not allowed to open the car windows for obvious reasons. It wasn't especially hot on the day, & very cloudy. If you have no air con I would strongly advise against the lock ins. When we left the Tiger enclosure we just wanted to go home. Our 2yr old daughter was suffocating & drenched in sweat!!!
