My vendor Ameritechs installed 10 Karbon cameras sold by this company, they said they are K-TIP4MPFW. They did not provide the passwords and say they don't have them so I can't move the cameras to a new NVR from my old Avalonix XVR. They want to charge me $750 to reset the cameras which is criminal. My other tech says it’s taking him 45 minutes to reset the password on each camera because the cameras are difficult and there are several steps involved. He says it's cheaper to replace the cameras than labor to reset the passwords. I emailed their San Diego office and asked for help from KOA and no one bothered to respond to my email.

Terrible company to deal with. Did not deliver on their promises.

Really impressed. Starting to make the other distributors seem like archaic dinosaurs; stuck in their ways. Just hope they refine their product lines down to a really good selection of quality manufacturers, and not be too “jack of all trades”. Quality, not quantity.

What made my experience great was the level of customer service from Surlonda Broomfield and her team. She was very helpful in assisting me with the design and the build of materials for this project. Highly knowledgeable.

Every time I enter the store or call on the phone. I feel like I'm getting the VIP treatment. Fortunately for everyone else it's the same. Being a good person before being a salesperson is the key, i think. Building relationships that are genuine keeps us looking at the best interest of both in all situations. So, when i need something, they might not have i still call first. To make sure they know there is a need. And if they are able, they will provide it as soon as possible. Helping them build useful stock and giving my fellow integrators more reasons to shop at KOA.
