Very good hotel in the heart of Gdansk

Very good hotel in the heart of Gdansk. Ratings as follows:

Room 4.5/5. Good standard of room with good facilities, PIN operated safe, air conditioning, clean and well presented. Walls reasonably sound resistant.

Hotel 4/5. Nicely ordered and friendly staff. Only problem we found was the door to the breakfast room slamming repeatedly from 7am to 10am each morning. Nice roof garden and friendly, helpful cleaning staff.

Value for money 4/5. Reasonable value for money compared with other similar hotels in the area.

****WARNING: Beware of the taxi drivers parked on the bridge just a minute along from the hotel. They will rip you off! It cost us £8 for a four minute taxi ride to the bus station. Shocking.
