Ordered a bench top dishwasher , I think on Monday and was delivered by Thursday. No hassles, no BS, just straight up and easy. Arrived in perfect condition.

Terrible- run for the hills and never use this company. They send dodgy products and then do nothing to address the issue and returns? Forget it, no such thing as returns.

Process for ordering was simple and quick. Shipping was very fast though it wasn't coming from too far.
I'd order again but definitely thoroughly checking measurements in future.

Do not be misled by the follow-up comments from Kogan suggesting they are engaged and responsive.

Despite providing clear and irrefutable evidence, including their own advertisement showing the correct product configuration, and escalating this matter five separate times, there has still not been any meaningful response or resolution.

The only engagement has been surface-level replies, while the core issue remains completely unaddressed.

It is particularly disappointing because the public responses create the impression that Kogan is actively working to resolve issues, however that has not been my experience.

In reality, even after repeated escalation and providing clear supporting evidence, there has been no accountability and no outcome.

Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to look beyond the public replies and consider whether issues are actually being resolved.

The product i purchased arrived very quickly and in great condition, also it is a very good product at a great price.

I'm really disappointed with Kogan for the sneaky Kogan First membership that automatically shows up when I purchased a Kogan Mobile Voucher last year. I called them thinking that I had an automated renewal for the mobile plan but when I checked it was not active. Then I googled it I seen that is a sneaky subscription that they add and you don't know until the charge comes up pending (in my instance) on my credit card account. I called Kogan and the gentleman told me I would have to contact my bank which I did but they can't do anything until the charge is no longer pending it it does definitely get charged to my account, I have to put in a dispute (which I was advised by my bank). Last thing I want to do on my weekend. I've now long on to my account to locate the Kogan First subscription that renews each year. I wasn't aware that I signed up for it and it really questions my continued loyalty to Kogan if they charge me the $129 fee.

The number one scammer the tracking number which they have provided is invalid plus they saying the resolution team will contact I don’t know when I was supposed to get my parcel last week bt still don’t know about the whereabouts my parcel , I checked with courier company they said the given tracking number is invalid . SCAMMERS

First of all the TV is slow and the backlight flickers. Only purchased the TV 4 years ago and it’s on its last legs. Tried to go back to Kogan on warranty and they said no. Poor customer service, cheap product. Spend the extra money and you’ll get a better product. Avoid Kogan at all costs!!!
