I was sent the wrong product which was clearly different and valued at much less than the one I ordered. It took me several weeks to convince Kogan/the marketplace seller via their incredibly frustrating customer care emails that it was incorrect. I have returned it - more than one month on I have no replacement, no refund and am in a endless email back and forth which never resolves the issue

I've been tempted twice by kogan's low prices. Both times my credit card details were used to make unauthorised purchases on kogan's own website. Given that it's twice I've had to deal with the bank, get a new card and switch everything over to the new card the money I saved on kogan was long gone. I'd spend a bit more and avoid this fraud trap.

Website is great. I forgot to change my address which was done after the order. Emails are still stating my old address. Items are coming from ONE SHOP Kogan and Kogan assures me they have the new address. I certainly hope so.

Ordered product 10 Feb 26, with expected dispatch 10 Mar 26. When item not despatched, queried schedule and told 24-48hrs and will be despatched. Just a flat lie.
Two weeks later I queried and told the same BS.
Requested refund and told might not be possible as they are so busy trying to send things out so quickly!
No customer care phone line, just bots running the place

Easy to purchase the item was literally dispatched the next day and l received my item two days later . So efficient arrived without any incident well packaged . Brought a outdoor concrete side table no damage item as described.

Activated a deal on TV's, gave good information on particular model chosen, good price and easy to process purchase. Was kept informed of expected time of arrival and very pleased with service provided by delivery driver, Rohit. Now to set it up!

I had a phone call she said she would follow up. Also said she thinks my TV Is faulty as not connecting to my NBN I want to organise a REPLACEMENT.I will be in contact with the Ombudsman If I do not get any help. I recently purchased a refurbished cellphone from Kogan. The phone arrived without the charging cable or user manual, despite both being advertised as included.
When I contacted customer support, I was told the only remedy available was to return the phone entirely, because the charger was considered part of the “phone bundle”. No alternative solution (such as supplying the missing items or reimbursing the cost of a charger) was offered, despite this not aligning with New Zealand consumer rights. Raising this was met only with a generic response of “We appreciate your effort”.
After further correspondence, Kogan offered $21 in store credit as a gesture of goodwill. While I appreciate this being offered, the issue did require more time and effort than I would have expected for something that could likely have been resolved quite quickly.
I’ve made many purchases from Kogan in the past and have generally had positive experiences. Although this particular situation was frustrating, I hope Kogan can improve how similar issues are handled in future, especially for long‑standing customers.
