The bus driver was extremely liar and out of control.
As we are waiting for bus from Copenhagen Airport, we are 30 mins early because we don’t want to be late and when bus came the driver checked our booking tickets and he could not find it on his phone and he can’t let us in. We kept asking him to check again and he says it’s not on his phone. He says there is the next bus and will arrived in 5mins. So we are 5 people waiting hoping for the 5 mins bus will arrive.
It has been 20 mins passed and still the bus is not coming.
We tried to call costumer service and they only say they can’t do anything about it.
We are tired waiting for nothing. We cannot book to the next bus because everything is sold out.

We were 20 min early, as it says to be there 15 min early for departure. The bus only arrived 10 min before, but there was a quite long queue, so we decided to enter the queue as the last people, to avoid standing in the sun for a while. The driver then rushed us becuase we were "running late" (no fault of ours). He offered no help getting our luggage in the compartment, but insisted we had to get our heavy suitcase behind all the other luggage, becuase we were to get off at the last stop.

I asked if we could bring our backpacks on board, as this was our first time travelling with this bus, but we saw other people do it. He said no, so my partner wanted to get a few things out of his bag before going on the bus. Then he rushed us again, saying we could have done that earlier. He spoke in a very condescending manner, as if talking to a child (bare in mind we are 24). I feel blaming us for running late was unfair, because we were on time, the bus however was not, and we still made the ferry with plenty time to spare.

We realized on the bus that we both had empty seats next to us, so I was hoping we could then have our backpacks from the compartment below, where our food/water/chargers etc. was. I asked him when we got on the ferry, but once again he was rude and unpleasant, insisting no, without being able to give us any reason why.

The bus was pretty cold from the AC, but I couldn't even get a sweater from my bag. Overall a dissapointing trip being hungry and cold. First and last time travelling with them, will be getting the train or flixbus next time!

It has been a lovely first time trip! both on the bus and the ferry from København to Aarhus and back for us. I’m surprised at such a low rating in fact. Goes to show that there’s more criticism that gets notes than the review of just a service well done.

We had a ticket for the route Copenhagen-Aarhus. We were by the bus stop and we showed our tickets to the bus driver. He only asked us if we had our covid test and let us get on the bus. 20 minutes later we found ourselves in Sweden. The Swedish police stopped us and took us back to Denmark. The driver did not propose any solution and blamed it all on us. The company offered terrible customer service and hanged upon us on the phone. Horrible service, negligent driver and extremely bad experience. We are just wondering if you can literally go anywhere with the Kombardo tickets, as apparently no one checks them...

I am writing this review on behalf of a friend who doesn't have a Facebook profile. She just missed the bus from Copenhagen to Aalborg that was supposed to leave at 12.20h, but instead left 5 min earlier AND crossed at a red traffic light while she was chasing it. But the worst thing was the attitide she was met with when she called the Kombardo customer service to ask if it is possible to rebook her ticket. The woman she spoke to was extremely rude and didn't even let her explain the situation - she literally interrupted her by saying that it is my friend's fault for not ariving 15 minutes in advance and hung up the phone. Even if it is my friends fault according to this requirement, there are always people coming 10 or 5 minutes before the bus leaves and busses SHOULD NOT be leaving early when they know they are still waiting for someone! And the arrogant demeanor and lack of respect of the lady on the phone is completely unacceptable - all this could have been explained like a normal human being..

Unfortunately due to lack of alternatives right now, she had to buy another ticket from Kombardo. But all of us will think twice before using this company again in the future!
