I recently ordered some O-rings from Komtra.de, and although there were initial issues with the sizes not matching my order, the situation was eventually resolved. While the shipping costs to Sweden seemed high, and there was some confusion with customer support, they ultimately corrected the mistake and sent the right size O-rings. I've had positive experiences with Komtra.de in the past, and while this order had its challenges, I'm glad the issue was addressed. There is room for improvement in customer service, but overall, I appreciate that they made things right. 4 stars.

26 EUR to ship 4 rubber rings to Sweden is really to expensive.

I ordered stuff before that seemed to be OK, although I could never test it, since the main problem seemed to be caused by a rubber ring under the piston of the brew unit which is not include in the renovation kit.

In short, I ordered 3 O-rings from Komtra. These O-rings should have been 4,2 mm, but I got rings that were only 3,95 mm thick. Most of the coffee went right into the drip tray. After a unnecessary long en very problematic contact they sent me a set of rings with the right diameter. But that didn't go easy .....

I understand all the positive reviews her, because so far I was a very satisfied customer with Kontra. Having ordered several times, everything arrived fast and in good shape. But that changed after I got the wrong o-rings. I contacted support, and at first I didn't get any response. Though my support request was acknowledged by email. After A few days I tried again. I got a response. Mr. D.P wrote to me that all rings were laser controlled for size. According to Mr. D.P. the problem was with the brew unit. It was damaged after long use with old o-rings. Those rings were actually still very pliable, and only discolored. Installing them again made the machine work perfectly. I wrote back to mr. D.P., asking him how thick the o-rings should be. He wrote that the rings should be 4,2 mm thick. I was sure they weren't, and I sent mr. D.P. a movie proving this. Mr. D.P. then sent me a picture of him measuring a O-ring, and the device he used showed 4,2 mm. However, this was a different color O-ring to the ones I ordered. Writing back, he made it clear to me that I just wanted to blame someone else for my own ignorance. I thought that this wasn't the case here. And because I still didn't have the correct size O-rings, I stayed persistent. Then things got ugly. Here are some lines from the answer he sent : "anscheinend wollen Sie das nicht verstehen.
Gebrauchte, benutzte Dichtungen können nicht mit neuen Dichtungen verglichen werden.
Das wurde Ihnen schon mehrmals mitgeteilt, dass die Dichtungen in der Brüheinheit durch Alterung und ähnliches die Größe verändern." "Wenn Ihre Brühkammer abgenutzt ist, können wir Ihnen nicht weiterhelfen, da wir keine Dichtungen haben die von den original Abmessungen abweichen". But all of this wasn't true. After a few days I got hold of the right measuring device. And behold, alle rings were the wrong size, 3,95 mm instead of 4,2 mm. After sending fotos of the old and new rings, they finally sent a set of o-rings with the correct size. Included was an email suggesting that I should leave the alone from now. But all I did was correcting a mistake made by Kontra themselves !!!!!! I would advise Komtra to take a good look at the social skills of mr. D.P. and their customer support. Since I'm not the only one here to be very dissatisfied about the Kontra support .O, I forgot to mention that the package was very badly damaged. Fortunately the contents were undamaged

Sounds like a fraud to me, selling circuit boards without warranty and no returns if the packaging is opened.Nonsense, how do you suppose to check functioning of the product without opening it???
Stay away of this seller.
