Unethical business practices
Unethical business practices. I ordered an LG microwave today at 12:19am at the price of €205.31 during an online promotion that is running until 03/22/2023.
To my surprise, I woke up to an email at 10:02am saying that my order has been cancelled and a refund has been processed due to and I quote from their sales member: "the product ordered is currently out of stock, with no estimated return to stock."
At mid-day I decided to contact the business and spoke to a new representative and asked them if they had the product in stock, to which she responded YES, it can be arranged and it is an online exclusive and asked is it for delivery or pick-up. I to which said I could come through to pick it up whenever it is available. However, the price has now been changed to €285.40 not even 13 hours later and is available for order.
This is a business that is shady, and deals in unethical practices of advertising at one price, then cancels orders because they would take a loss due to their own negligence even though products are not actually unavailable.
I have added screenshots for proof of their lies. I would hope this can be rectified and I can just received what I am entitled to as I purchased it.
I have added proof of my purchase at €205. An email from their representative who is lying and the new price of the product which is currently available for purchase once more at it's updated price.

NO Instalation for the wash machine
I request an instalation for the wash machine, and because its under the counter they didn't install, and didn't return the money for the service not due.
