Products are top notch, nice materials and very comfortable. Doesn't get 5 stars because I've order something that wasn't in stock. If its not in stock I shouldn't be able to order it. Happened twice so far. Other than that, it's been a good overall experience.

We are glad you liked our products. In regards the shipping, please note that your order was shipped in 5 days which was sooner than estimated ship-out date. However, USPS took longer than usual to deliver due to COVID-19 affecting their delivery network.

Wonderful quality! I was worried to spend so much on one outfit but it was for my wedding rehearsal dinner. It was completely worth the money and sizing was very accurate. So excited to wear my modern hanbok!

Kooding delivers a wonderful service
Kooding delivers a wonderful service. The articles that you order arrive soon (for Europe, within 5 -10 days) and are of good quality. If an article is out of stock, Kooding is also quick in mentioning this to the buyer and you can choose the refund method yourself. I personally went for the refund in store credit and within a few days it was available on my account for use (store credit is valid for 1 year, which is plenty of time as well). Of course you can also choose a refund on your credit card. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the services Kooding delivers.

Amazing!
KOODING is one of my favorite sites to shop on online. So far every product and piece of clothing I have gotten I have loved! It gets here somewhere between 1-3 weeks and has great customer service if something goes wrong. I highly recommend it.

Sizing and Jewelry Issues
All the sizes ran smaller than usual. The
One Size fits all is rather difficult to discern. I love the styles and quality of the clothes themselves but they are a bit difficult. I know if I was someone who was a little larger none of these clothes would fit me. The jewelry also gave me a negative skin reaction.
