I live in the UK and having, today, used Kosibox for the second time to send a gift to my son and his family in Norway, I turned to Kosibox again because my previous experience with them was full of positives: absolutely reliable - doing exactly what they promise and ensuring delivery in a timely manner. Excellent experience
I arranged for a hamper to be delivered - at last minute - to a loved one for her birthday in Norway.
I live in Australia. It worked perfectly. The next day, she received it exactly on time. And she loved it. The team were so helpful and responsive on the chat on their site. (They flagged I had forgotten to submit the card so they reminded me on their chat!).

We are sorry you had a poor experience. However, we cannot deliver without a phone number as the delivery driver will not be able to reach the recipient. In this case, there was no doorbell, and without the phone number, no way to inform the recipient that the gift was ready for pick up at a nearby pick-up point.
We have re-sent a new package and we hope he enjoyed the surprise afterall.
On time delivery
On time delivery. It was a wonderful feeling of surprizing my love with the nice flower box. and with fresh tulips. Quite odd for such a nice service with a good price in Norway!
