Simple Process
It was easy to file my VW claim. They provided links when documents needed uploading and reminders when they weren't done. Provided updates when they had some news of the claim.
Only issue was that the website did not allow you to amend documents which may have been uploaded by accident nor did the portal allow you to change the file location in case it was uploaded by accident to wrong section.
