STAY CLEAR of these thieves.
I had issues with water not entering my washing machine and when 2 guys arrived, before the machine even started, they immediately said the pump was faulty. (have since been in contact with LG who said this was technically incorrect and a pump only becomes relevant after the water enters the machine)
they took it away and came back within 2 days and then reinstalled it, and with no surprise at all, the same issue occured, no water coming to the machine.
they said I needed a plumber and then refused to leave my apartment until I paid them for 400 euros. they also told me the pump gets damaged if not water enters the machine which is also not true.
they are liars and thieves. I am now escalating to the police
