I requested a refund, which they have been promising me ever since with excuse after excuse.
DO NOT bother with these clowns. Buy a massage gun from a reliable brand if you really want one.
Perfect deep tissue massage
Been using it for more than 2 years. It did take about 9 months to arrive due to Covid issues but we’ll worth the wait. My Kraftgun does exactly what it promises. From a 250 pound male to a 140 pound female you get the perfect deep tissue massage. We literally use it everyday and it’s still going strong.
When it worked it was great
When it worked it was great. It only lasted ONE year and I tracked down a customer service and talked to someone and told them the gun had NO power at all. They asked me if I was using the charger that it came with and take a picture and send it to them. I was like what. I said yes, send me a replacement charger. They told me that they stopped manufacturing the chargers and I would have to purchase another one. I paid good money for that message gun and now have to track down an identical charger to replace it with. This is a pitiful shame and would not recommend this at all. I'm really disgusted for wasting my money and time with Kraftgun! This is nuts!
Get a brain scan first if considering a purchase
This review is more about therapy for me than helping someone stay away from KraftGun. I say that because if you have perused all the other KraftGun reviews on this site, my negative review is just one more straw on top of the haystack. And if you still decide to purchase one of these, I feel for you.
So, this review is about the product - my initial purchase and the replacement they sent me, both of which failed in the first month. But it is more about KraftGun customer service, which is nonexistent. I have now been waiting for over a year to get a replacement (under warranty) for the second failed unit. I have submitted (at least) nine email requests for replacement status over that time period and have gotten virtually the same verbatim reply, from the same guy. The text of those replies are as follows:
"I am still waiting to hear from the relevant department. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay.
The moment I have any updates I will make sure to contact you.
Thanks!

Customer Support Manager"
Now, that seems like a reasonable reply for the first, or even the second, request. But A YEAR and nine requests later? Really? I honestly now believe that these are automatically generated responses and that Chris Duncan does not actually exist (except maybe in the cloud). I was really hoping to be able to attach a screen shot or jpeg to show my email string. The next best thing I could think of was to copy/paste the subject line of my most recent email, which is as follows:

So, it's time for me to move on from this debacle. I'm giving up on KraftGun (except for the complaint I am filing with the US Attorney General). I have recently purchased another massage gun off of Amazon for 1/5th the price ($69.99 versus $369.00 - I know, stupid me). For those who want an alternative, I got a Renpho off of Amazon. I can't really vouch for it at this point since I have only had it about 5 days - but so far, it's been really nice.
One final comment. If you are still considering purchasing a KraftGun, I would suggest getting a brain scan first.

I ordered onenof the first units. Received after a few months but there were issues with unit and I sent back. Many promises and delays later, 8+ months for replacement, the replacement started sounding funny then completely stopped working. I have reached out to the company and after a month, still "reviewing ". What is there to review. So disappointed and a complete waste of money and time dealing with this company. There should be a class action lawsuit because this is totally unacceptable.

I must have ordered mine before all the shipping issues. I received mine in a couple weeks and it still works wonderfully two years later!
They are straight up liars
They are straight up liars. I finally got my gun after months and then it broke while under warranty. I emailed them and followed their process in June, and it is now November and I still don’t have a replacement. They are the WORST.
I purchased a Kraft gun on 12th May…
I purchased a Kraft gun on 12th May 2020. I never received the gun, despite numerous emails and promises.
On 31st January 2021 we received a order Cancellation for #373.00. Again despite numerous emails and "Have a wonderful day" emails I sill don't have my refund and its now the 23rd August 2021.
It's now over 15 months since I ordered and paid for the gun.
I have since purchased a alternative gun, received it within 7 days and its working absolutely fine
Do not waste your money on a Kraftgun
Kraftgun don't even deserve one star. It took over a year to receive my order and it arrived without a charger. I complained and some time later they delivered a new charger that doesn't even fit the gun. They are refusing to give me a refund or send a working charger so 18 months on and I still don't have a massage gun that I can use. Do not buy the Kraftgun!

Do not buy this product! I purchased it and only used it several times and it broke. It overheated. I tried calling the company but the phone number keeps disconnecting. I tried contacting them via their text and No response. There is no way of getting a hold of anyone at this company. Again, stay clear of this company and do not buy their product. Again do not buy this product!!!!!
Complete scam
Complete scam. Made purchase in December 2020. After making purchase, received email that the product was delayed and would not be received until May 2021. Didn't receive product in May. After emails inquiring about product, I was told over and over that Would receive in a couple weeks. Now it's August 2021. I have contacted my banking institution to investigate and recover the money I spent.
Never ending refund promise
I purchased a Kraft gun approximately 12 months ago. I never recieved the gun. Earlier this year after numerous emails I received a refund notice for my purchase. Despite untold emails and promises I still haven't got my refund. I am in Australia and am sure they think I will just go away as I can't travel to the USA to front them in Miami to get my refund.
Has anyone found a special way of extracting a refund??

Absolute scam artists
Absolute scam artists! I purchased my KraftGun in May of 2020. After months of promises I finally gave up and asked for a refund. This was in January 2021. Every time I contact them they rely with “sorry for the delay, your refund is being processed and will take a few more weeks”. Bulls**t!! What refund takes 6 months to process? You have stolen my money and I imagine hundreds of other peoples during an absolutely horrendous period in our history. Shame on you!

Promise but don't deliver
I won't waste much of my time writing a review. I already spent enough of my time talking to Kraftgun customer service.
Order my kraftgun in April 2020. In December still nothing. At the end of December 2020 i asked for a refund. We're in May 2021 and the refund is still due to arrive "in a couple of weeks".
Maybe people at Kraftgun have a different notion of time than us common mortals...

Product will not turn on after 6 months of use. Took longer to receive my gun than it lasted! I never, ever write reviews, but so frustrated I have found platforms to write reviews to hopefully save some readers from buying this product.
Not even deserving of one star
Not even deserving of one star. The company’s gun broke within a very short period, having bought the warranty I asked for a replacement. This took MONTHS before they actually did it. Then when the gun arrived I was asked to pay the import tax, which is meant to be covered. This came to a lot of money, of which Kraftgun said they would refund me as soon as I’d paid it to FedEx...we are now months down the line again and they’ve refused to pay me! Kraftgun now owe me over £140!!! I’ve been chasing and chasing and yet they are still to send the money, making excuse after excuse about delays. I’ve asked to speak to a manager/more senior member of staff and have been ignored. I’ll be escalating this higher. Externally if need be.
Shady Shipping and Poor Customer Service
I placed an order on April 9, 2021and paid for expedited shipping. Instead of shipping my items via FedEx Express, my items were shipped using FedEx SmartPost, which is the cheapest way to send stuff. Why charge for a shipping option you aren’t going to use?!
Needless to say, I still haven’t received my stuff! I didn’t even get an email telling me the items had been shipped! I reached out to customer service on Wednesday, April 20 at 03:10 and advised that I paid for expedited shipping but had received no shipping info or products. I received a response on the same day at 07:35, stating that my order had shipped and blaming FedEx for the delay. I responded twice the same day, once before and once after speaking with FedEx and finding out that they had used SmartPost instead of a faster option.
I still haven’t received a follow-up email.
