The print that I received looked nothing like the vibrant picture on the website. I sent an email and was asked for a pic of the print which I sent in. They then ignored my request to return print for a refund! Don’t touch this company!! I made an expensive error!

Purchased 3 pictures which go together at around £50 each. Not too large so was quite expensive without frames also. I waited a month or two for it to arrive which is what they say it will take on the website so not too concerned at this point. The concern came when the product arrived, it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on the advert, the colours were bland and just nothing like what you would expect, they were just distorted prints. So any who, i contact their “customer care” team and ask to return the product, instantly i get a response with a free returns label, great! Products returned around 2 months ago and all of a sudden i cannot get in touch with anyone and a refund has not received. So they have robbed me. In short stay away, this is an awful company who fleece customers at times in need. Not impressed. Feelings are indescribable. Cheers
