Sizing is way off!
I ordered two dresses size M, they arrived and did not fit. Ordered another two in Large, exactly the same fit as the Medium ones, only difference was the length of the dress. This is a first for me.
Extremely dissapointing and very misleading!
I am just hoping I will receive my refund for the returns, over £300, after reading all the negative reviews.
I now wish I would have read them before ordering.
Quality is not great but is not bad either.

I think what made this case difficult was the fact that you were returning a item bought for you as a gift. The person had bought the item in our Amazon store, and so you couldn't return in the usual way where the parcel was not tracked.

If I could give this company 0 I would…I ordered an item from them on EBay, I paid for it, when it was time to be delivered to me, they notified me that i could no longer have it, and a full refund had been issued, All this without any notification - prior - to the refund. To accept payment before checking that it was indeed in stock is unacceptable..unprofessional and downright disgusting way to do business! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE !!

All sites can only accept an order once payment has been received, and sometimes when an item is low in stock each platform can allow an order to be placed before the stock level is updated. I have ordered 3 dresses from Krisp so far, that have arrived and 4 more, that I’m still waiting for. I love the dresses I have received so far. They look really good. The fabric is a bit thin though, and I worry the dresses might get worn faster then expected, but the shape and size is perfect. The last 4 dresses are quite late compared to the first, but hopefully they will show up. :) Update: They showed up and are definitely worth the money.

Avoid - terrible customer service
Avoid - I added a delivery address to my account and placed an order. Krisp dispatched my order to a different address (old office address which I’ve not worked at for some time) obtained from my PayPal account. Customer Service was unhelpful. They refused to help and denied using an address that I did not provide. I don’t appreciate it being implied that I’m a liar. I will not shop with them again. Not because of the error but their attitude when dealing with my complaint. I also had to pay delivery charges for their mistake. I would recommend avoiding this company.

The dresses were only sent back folded neatly in packaging. Ive sent back so many items to other company. Only your Company refuse to give people back refund giving excuses that a item try on only and pack nicely is unsellable. And both dress were sent back in the clear bags thank you very much
