Great selection of products and smooth purchase process. Very good quality of the dress and quick reliable delivery.

The shipping company fuxxedup the delivery, but the people at the helpdesk was fantastic. They fixed so i got my best despite the DHLfuckup.

The sizes come rather big. I am usually 38 or 44 Italian size, but the dirndl in 38 was much too big for me. I returned it, but as I am outside Germany had to pay for return 30 eur. This is not very kind towards customers. Better order Kruger via Zalando or AboutYou where you do not need to pay for return. But the product as such was very nice and good quality!

Ordered a dress for my girlfriend and the size was totally wrong so she wanted to change size. This was within 6 days and we still had to pay up to 40€ for the shipping back to Germany.

Warning don’t buy outside Germany. Just reed all the reviews from people outside Germany. Trash return policy. Probably scam

Great product, and speedy delivery. The pants feel so nice I want to wear them all the time. Delivery to Denmark in only 3 days.

I ordered from Krüger Dirndl and tried to return an item that was still in its original packaging, just a few days past the 14-day return window. Unfortunately, they were not flexible at all and refused to accept the return. I expected more understanding and customer service, especially given the condition of the item.

As already stated by other reviews, they only cover shipping from Germany and Austria (and still with a fee) so returning from Italy cost me $30. I initially tried shipping back a return through DHL which was $70, called Kruger to confirm and they said yes you pay the $70 yourself. Insane return policy. Never experienced that with another company.

Warning if you are buying from outside Germany ! The items I bought (which were quite nice) costed ca 189 euro. To collect from postoffce in Norway I had to pay an extra 60 euro in tax/import duties. There was no information about this when I ordered. Very disappointed. Tried contacting customer service, but got no reply.

Warning for international buyers!
If you order from outside Germany or Austria, think twice. I bought a blouse from Italy — it didn’t fit, so I wanted to return it. No free returns, no reasonable shipping option. For a €59 blouse, the cheapest return shipping would cost €32. Outrageous. Definitely my last purchase from this shop.

I paid €12 for express delivery, and the shipment was sent via UPS with a "before 12 PM" label. Since the delivery couldn’t be completed before the promised time, the package was marked as "delivery not possible"—there was no actual delivery attempt—and redirected to a Parcel Shop.

I contacted Kruger Customer Service to complain, but they claimed it wasn’t their responsibility because the package arrived the day after the purchase. I will definitely not buy from them again.

Also, I was already aware, but charging €2.90 for returns on such expensive and supposedly "exclusive" products is simply unfair. Just my point of view

Paid 12 euros for Express delivery, but it took the same time as normal delivery method. So angry and disappointed, going to munich without lederhosen.

I have order two products in the same say, one from Dirndl.com and another from Krueger-Dirndl.de.
Krueger-Dirndl.de has delivered the package firstly. The problem is that they collaborate with a delivery company that didn't leave the package at the closest pick up point, but at one farther. Plus, the box was already opened. And the company threatened me that if I didn't pick it up as soon as possible, they'll return it at my expense (!!). I give them 3 stars because, at least, the product seems to be good quality and they always kept me updated about the delivery.
Dirndl.com delivered the package lately. Actually they never updated me. They once sent me a link to track my order and that's it. Therefore, some days later, when I realised there were no new changes regarding my order on the provided link, I wrote them and they advised me to go to the closest post office to ask for my package. I did that and I was informed by the post officer that the package was already delivered at the closest pick up point (which is just in the same building in which I live). In other words, their collaborator is even worse. What would have happened if I didn't think to ask about my order and just trust them? Oh, and take into account that the delivery cost me 19,99€! So I give them 2 stars because at least the quality of the product seems to be good, but very bad communication.

I ordered two x dirndl and 2 x blouses. Sadly the dresses were to big for me (I kept the blouses), so I had to send them back.
Of course the return takes a bit longer (I returned with GLS), but aside from that, I got an e-mail as soon as they had received them, and the money were back i my account with in 10 days. I also called their costumer service one time to check up on the return. They answered right away, were so kind and spoke better english than myself.
So thumbs up from me. I will not hesitate to order from this site again. Thanks

I will never order from them again. Ordered my package in August and still haven't received it. Its been two months. Customer service never answers me and the only answer I got was that it is DHL's fault, and that they will send me a new order as soon as possible. That was september 15th, and I still have no package or any more information. I have also been in contact with DHL who do not seem to cooperate with Krüger. Have recently sent another email to Krüger in the hope of getting help. If they don't sort this out now, I'm going to sue them. Fck offf:)

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Sent to my friend's house as advised in Germany under my name. They will not deliver and customer services don't want to assist. They could easily resend to my friend's address under her name if this is the reason they won't deliver as I have provided details, they clearly do not need the business! Also trying to file complaint, and they don't seem to accept them, you would expect they have a complaints department. Very disappointing, for a parcel I was very looking forward to receiving!
