If I could score zero I would. I contacted the brand within hours of my order after DHL contacted me saying the fees would be around£180… Ksubi said they can’t cancel the order so I have to pay £180 and then pay for the return … so misleading they trade as the U.K. and in very small print on shopify they say you could be liable for taxes , still not indicating where they are distributing from . Totally unethical.
This brand is advertised as ‘UK’ they have a shop in London and stockists in the UK however my order is travelling across the world and I am being asked to pay £82 in tax by DHL to deliver.
When placing an order with what you believe to be within the UK it shows taxes and shipping as £0. It’s ridiculous to think people are going to pay an additional £82 on a £160 order, just for taxes.
