We loved having the team around, they were friendly, informed and hard working. The end result was worth everything. It could not have been a better experience to be honest. Good work all round.

Excellent job done by KT Lake i would have no hesitation in recommending him, my driveway was completed in the time quoted even though there was a small amount of extra work involved he kept to the price quoted, no clearing up for me all was left clean and tidy.

We found K T Lake to be professional, competent and reasonably priced. At our first meeting Karl successfully interpreted our outline plan, added his experience-based suggestions and managed to deliver a result that both exceeded our expectations and was completed on time! We were also impressed with the team, who worked hard 6 days a week, were courteous and tidy – and accommodated a couple of minor changes/additions without hesitation as the project progressed.

So, all in all, highly recommended and will happily use again for the next stage of our garden development.

When I was lookng to do my driveway I got several people to give me a quote, but when K.T LAKE came round it was so relaxed. They went through the procedure and explained what they were going to do in depth and there was no hard sell which I loved. They said everthing which was on the tin and did everything that was asked of them, nothing was to much trouble. Cannot thank them enough. This was a large specification in a difficult location. The team, led by Chris, worked tirelessly to ensure the work undertaken was of the highest possible standard despite the atrocious weather conditions. The work continued to evolve leading to an amazing overall result which has been admired by all those who have seen it.
Neighbours were appreciative of the care and consideration shown during the period of work.
There are still some small jobs to be finalised but I am sure these will be done to my satisfaction.

The transformation of our somewhat old and tired drive and path is truly exceptional. The skill and dedication to the job demonstrated by the team was second to none, always polite and knowledgeable they were a pleasure to have working on our home. From our first meeting to discuss the project, I felt at ease and knew that I was dealing with a trustworthy and reputable company. We could not have asked for a better team to redesign our garden. Karl's ideas were perfect and showed imagination, along with many years of knowledge in the landscaping trade. Unlike many of the others who gave quotes, he was willing to spend time with us and talk through ideas.From the moment his team arrived we were impressed with how professional they were. They worked like Trojans,including weekends, to deliver a garden we once could only dream of. The design included a planting wall that showed off Chris' bricklaying skills, along with a patio,pathways and trellis work. Karl's team have transformed an awkward small front garden to provide a much needed additional parking space and what will become (once pots and plants are added) an elegant entrance to my home.
Chris and Daniel, the team that worked on site, were very professional, polite and dedicated in their work.

I was extremely impressed with both the quality of the workmanship and the speed of work too. I am also glad that I investigated the colour options available and took time to see them 'in the flesh' rather than making a decision based on the pictures in the brochures available. My family and I are the owner/operators of City Boats in Norwich and strive very hard in the areas of customer service and satisfaction and away from our business we too look for companies who also care about their customers. We decided to have our gardens at home completely landscaped and contacted two companies for quotations, however neither gave the impression that they wanted nor needed our work. That was until I saw a brickweave driveway being constructed in my village; the workers seemed to be working hard and the finished job was one of the best I have seen - the company was K T Lake. I contacted Karl and within days we had arranged for him to visit to give advice and a quotation which we were very happy with and an approximate date was made for the works to begin. In the meantime, we decided to have more work incorporated making the job a full garden makeover and again a quotation was given for this extra work. The day finally arrive for work to begin and Chris, Alan and Daniel introduced themselves and we soon found them to be true craftsmen, diligent workers and fun to have around. At every step of the way, Chris asked our opinions, made suggestions and gave us the chance to make sure we were happy with the job in hand. We now have the garden and driveway of our dreams thanks to Chris, Alan and Daniel, their very hard work and knowledge of their trade.

We had got thoroughly fed up with having to weed the patio and brickweave driveway every couple of weeks and it always seemed to look a mess. However, we decided to have both cleaned and sealed and because we knew Karl and knew he would do a good job we booked him to carry out the work. His young man, Jonathan, carried out the work over a period of a few days, only being able to work when the weather was dry and looked as though it would continue to be so. Jonathan turned up mostly when he said he would although it was difficult for him as the forecasters didn't always get it right! He repaired a couple of areas where pieces of slab or brick had broken and then sprayed "heavy duty" weed-killer over the entire area. After this he pressure washed with a very powerful pressure washer (which broke down after a few hours even though it was, apparently, newly acquired). This was soon changed and the work completed. Kiln dried sand was then spread which filled in between the cracks, brushed off and then spray sealed. We chose the matt finish and we are absolutely delighted with the result.
All we need do now is just brush over the surfaces after the apple tree has shed its leaves!

We had our brick weave drive and paved patio done by KT LAKE earlier this year.
We were really pleased with their work at the time, excellent job, paid attention to detail, tidied up always and kept to their schedule. Even now, months later, when I look out of my kitchen window or go outside, I feel very happy that I took the plunge and arranged for the work to be done. I'd been planning to get it done for years and years, but when someone at work recommended KT LAKE, I just thought "Do it!".
