As the sole caretaker for my soon to be 90 year old father. I want to thank them for assisting me with a multitude of bills, and expense accounts. I am grateful for the help with numerous questions that I have had. I would be even more overwhelmed without them.

Terrific company with kind staff
I have been using KTS for several years now to manage my mom‘s pooled trust and have been nothing but satisfied with the service as well as the ease of using their portal/website. I have also managed a cousins trust for several years with another company that is not nearly as good as KTS. I have never had any issues with KTS, but anytime I’ve had to contact them for questions. I have only been met with kindness, consideration, caring, and true expertise as they are well knowledgeable in their business. Furthermore, they are always willing to help. My experiences have only been positive and I am more than happy to recommend them.

Great Experience
We have been using KTS for 3 years now and from day one they have been fabulous. From trying to learn how to navigate an elderly parent being on Medicaid and using a pooled trust to getting it up and running, they have been there to explain and expedite everything. Customer service is great and responds quickly and all bills are paid right away.
