Edit, since posting with8n 2 hours I was notified that item had been dispatched and arrived the next day. Very pleased with item, a shame updates were never forthcoming.

Placed order via website for a coat hook over 7 weeks ago and apart from confirmation email, have not received any communication at all. Phone just takes messages, nobody calls back, emails sent no replies, chat on website no response, beginning to think I have been had.

I agree with the previous reviews regarding customer service. I ordered shelves and received an automated confirmation email. After a few weeks, I tried to contact the company for a rough idea of delivery. I left messages on the answerphone, used their chat service and even tried to contact them via their eBay page. Zero response! Concerned that maybe the reason for no reply was that the company had ceased trading, I opened a case via PayPal. I explained the reason and also added that I would be happy that the order was fulfilled rather than a refund. At least this got the attention of the seller, who said that he didn’t fulfill orders once a case had been opened. He was also quite rude. I am pleased that I paid via PayPal as the seller was obliged to provide a quick refund. All in all, a very strange way to run a business

Nice product but delivered with damage. The company representative Darryl Long was dismissive and told me to just sand the damaged area down which is ridiculous for such an expensive product. Since then after numerous attempts he/they will not reply to any emails and simply choose the head in the sand approach and ignore any correspondence. No customer service at all from this company and they should take a good look at the way they don’t look after customers. I have spent 49 years in a customer service environment and think it’s only fair that potential customers are made aware before any purchase that they will let you down when you have a problem with their products.

Noone buy from this company! We bought a £100 coat rack off him which arrived damaged, so we contacted him and he offered to send another woodbase out and we transfer the hooks over. Not the best solution but accepted as i really liked the coat rack.
Second rack never showed up so chased with him again (never easy to get an instant response from) and he said he was short staffed so either wait for the rack but no clue as to when we will get it or a full refund so sadly had to opt for a refund and look elsewhere for a rack.
Said refund has still not been given to us!! He is ignoring all contact from us and now blocked us on his fb page!

Disgusting service!!
