My kitchen from Kube Interiors was due to be completed on 4th July, but over six months later it is still not finished due to repeated errors, incomplete deliveries, and a complete lack of communication.
The fridge unit arrived damaged and with incorrect hinges. A replacement took five weeks to arrive and had the same issue again. From that point on, I had to constantly chase for updates, as no proactive communication was ever provided. Promised delivery dates came and went with no confirmation, no follow-up, and no accountability.
On 24th November, there was yet another incomplete delivery, with a missing transformer for the freezer door. Even after waiting four weeks, Kube Interiors had no update and offered no acknowledgment of the delay.
I would like to highlight that the kitchen fitter was excellent—professional and helpful throughout. The one star is for him alone; if I could rate Kube Interiors separately, I would give zero stars.
The lack of ownership, communication, and after-sales care has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Kube Interiors based on my experience.
