Tried to make payment through AES energy. Staff is extremely rude. They read the account number so fast a genius can't verify the number matches your account. Each time you ask to repeat number they speak it faster. Then they hang up the phone.
Absolutely TERRIBLE business in every way imaginable. Please help get these useless worthless morons out of business. The laundry list of how poor this business and their communication is, is hard to even believe
Routinely unable to pay any bill through them. Recology in my area requires I use them and I can not pay a damn thing to anybody. Just what are my options if services that use Kubra actually want to get paid?
