Needed a replacement seal for my L-shaped shower bath screen. After a lot of time spent looking on Amazon & eBay, found the Kudos Showers website.

They shipped the item quickly, kept me updated, and it arrived next day and was carefully packaged. Good price too,

After recently having a number of our bathrooms refurbished and having 2 Kudos Showers fitted, we noticed that one of the door seals was damaged and contacted Kudos immediately for advice and guidance on how to proceed in having the door seal replaced.

From the outset, Kudos customer service was extremely helpful and advice and guidance was forthcoming in abundance, and once proof of purchase had been confirmed, a replacement set of door seals was placed on order and subsequently despatached.

I could not have been more impressed with the after sales service from Kudos Showers, in particular their spares department, polite, courteous and wholly professional at all times; unquestionably one of the best after sales customers services that I have experienced - plus, the Kudos shower is a great quality shower. Thank you!

Excellent customer service!
I have a fairly old Kudos shower unit and I needed to replace the seals. I didn't know what model the shower was so rang Kudos. They quickly identified my shower and I was able to order the replacement seals.
I'd also like to say that the quality of my shower is excellent. Also the customer service representative I spoke to was friendly, helpful and efficient

Great customer services and problem solving.
We had a problem with our shower door not closing after our en suite had been revamped. The builder assured us that the shower door was fitted correctly but wre still having problems closing it and the bottom seal splitting.
Kudos sent one of their engineers out, Kevin, he identified the issues straight away and rectified it for us. We now have a fully functioning shower door. thank you

The quality of the Infinite Shower side panel and door is simply superb ! Solid construction that blows the run of the mill competition away. I will not look anywhere else when replacing my other shower next year.
The customer service from the factory is beyond reproach. What a rare find these days - best of British.

Very helpful staff in the Sales Department dealt with my guarantee claim swiftly and efficiently. It gave a very good impression of Kudos and its attitude towards customer care.

After almost 20 years I decided to relace all the seals on my Kudos Shower.
There was difficulty in ensuring I had the correct seals but the Customer Services Department was excellent.
After a few interactions I now have a complete set of the right size seals.

The best customer service I have ever received! I needed a spare part for my shower screen. Requested help via email. They telephoned, looked into it for me, and advised which part I needed confirmed via email. I had a query about the spare part, so I phoned Kudos customer service, and they answered within a couple of rings. Anne was very helpful and knowledgeable. What a breath of fresh air, no holding music, no overseas call centre which has no idea of what they are talking about, and no default answers. Really, really helpful and proactive. The shower screen product is also of fantastic quality. Thank you, Kudos, the Customer Service Team and especially Ann! :)

Needed to source a shower spare part but was unsure which one. I contacted Kudos customer service who were most helpful and replied to my request within minutes. With their reply I was able to order the part I needed with minimal fuss. So extremely satisfied with the company all round.

Having recently required spare parts for my 20 year old Kudos Shower I tried searching the internet for the parts which varied in price from £5.00 to in excess of £20.
Being unsure as to the “Quality “ of these parts I decided to Contact Kudos directly , after my initial e-Mail I was contacted Rebbeca Watson who sorted out which parts I required and informed me how to order my parts online from Kudos Spare Parts Dept.
The parts were ordered and received with 48 hours.
In my opinion this was excellent customer service on the part of Kudos Showers with a special thanks to Rebecca.

Faulty Kudos Orinial-6 shower. Terrible communications, calls and emails ignored. Don't trust the warranty, it's completely worthless!!!

I would give less than 1 star if i could. Ordered a 1500 x 800 shower tray which we noticed bowed slightly in the middle by 4 mm told that 5mm is the tolerance. Tray has been laid flat on a concrete floor ready for installation as bathrm was taking longer than expected. All systems go, shower tray installed on a sand/ cement mix, then covered with plastic to prevent scratching when final works being done including tiling. Took plastic off and we now have 20mm bow in middle. KUDOS say this is impossible to happen and not a manufacturer defect despite the photographic evidence. All that was repeated by michael is this is physically impossible unless stored upright which it was not! No help, no replacement, no curtousy discount on a replacement just in a round about way told im lying. As i confirmed its been flat and im being told its impossible when laid flat. My advice to anyone buying from Kudos, run away. Lots of makes out there please choose wisely!

I needed a couple of rollers for my 15 year old shower screen, I spoke to customer service they identified my needs and sent the replacements the next day.

I recently had a problem obtaining replacement seals for a shower panel. I contacted the customer service department at Kudos Showers. Firstly I spoke to a person rather than one of those infernal “bots” and secondly he quickly offered a solution and I received the replacement seal. Excellent service.

I wish all companies and their employees were as efficient as the people that dealt with my problem,i rang just before closing time on the Thursday i spoke to a lovely young lady name Anne,before going home she sent me an email with photos of the parts i needed,the next day I rang again and spoke to another lovely lady,within a few minutes it was ordered and paid for,i explained that we We’re going a way for a few days,no problem we will delay it until you get back,it just arrived,that is what I call excellent service,thank you everyone at Kudos

I needed to order 2 sets of small parts for my Kudos shower. The company have assisted, promptly and efficiently. In thus day and age its so nice to find a Comoany who still delivers a high standard of customer care. Thank You.

We had a a Kudos original 6 shower enclosure installed by a well known local plumber and builder with vast experience in his trade, last year. We had several instances of the sliding door coming off its track and our installer came back to check it.Finally whilst my wife was about to use it the door came completely off its runners and fell against the back wall of the shower shattering into a million pieces and cutting my wife in the hand and foot requiring a visit to the GP. We are both 80 and so not a pleasant experience. Contact with the company produced nothing other than blaming the experienced man who installed it for incorrect installation.I am no engineer but my view is that the way the doors are hung is not satisfactory and dangerous. and the fact that is dislodged three times would indicate that. We have had to buy a new shower unit by a different company which we find more substantial and since it was installed in January we have had no problems with it. This cost us another nearly £600 but the installer gave his time free to install the new enclosure. Thank you Nigel Thats our experience with this Kudos shower and I simply suggest that any future purchaser should make sure they are happy with the safety of this door because I was noting still believe it is dangerous, though in our case we were lucky that the injuries were not more severe.
