Recently I had to repair a curved corner kudos shower enclosure as the main door had come off.
After speaking to Emily about which exact model it was, she was able not only to supply all the correct parts needed, but also supply an original fitting manual which was incredibly handy to have!

Following a successful install a screw cover was missing from the bath screen hinges. Contacted customer service through the web contact page. Anne responded the next day, sent the part via Royal Mail on the same day and then we received the part the following day. Excellent service. Thank you

I would just like to offer some feedback as we don't always get recognized when staff are going the extra mile. I have had a problem with some shower glass, and I have been speaking with Gemma Burns, she was exstremly helpful, answered anything I asked and called me back a few times to give me an update. Elliot and Adam in the bespoke department also went above and beyond to push the order along to help keep my customer happy. They really have been amazing and would just like to offer a thank you for their time and going the extra mile.

I purchased a glass shower enclosure with ceiling stabiliser bar which is absolutely beautiful and high quality.
I noted that one of the bolts was missing (the fitter did not inform me so I realised after a few months). I made contact with Lindsey in customer service who was extremely helpful and has helped me to replace the missing part.
I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I had a door seal which needed replaced.
I e-mailed the company and received a response within 24 hours, which their website promised.
The matter was dealt with by Gemma, the Customer Services Manager, who advised that the part was in fact still under warranty and confirmed that a replacement would be sent out straight away.
Most impressed with this excellent service.

I spoke to a very helpful young lady who guided through your website in order to find the parts I required. Within 24 hours of ordering my parcel was delivered and I was able to fit them the following day. The parts were exactly as ordered and fitted perfectly. The bespoke measure service appointment was 3 November 2023 and shower screen was finally installed on 13 March 2024. I did not receive the service I expected and was without a usable shower for over 4 months (18+ weeks). Issues included delay in first fitting appointment, part of the order not delivered, bespoke panel then didn’t fit, replacement panel delivered was broken, next replacement finally all fitted. I would like to thank Sean the fitter who was very understanding, pleasant and did a great job. I can completely understand that one or two things can go wrong, but this was too many. Despite customer service saying they were working to resolve the issues, I felt they were trying to justify the situation; 2-3 weeks Christmas close-down, seat tile in situ but not stuck on at time of first measure, no control over their distributor for handling and dispatching. They didn’t seem to see this inconvenience from the customer’s perspective, nor did I receive a follow-up email on completion to apologise and hope I was happy, that would have gone a long way. The bathroom supply shop I bought through gave me a discount because they had not been able to provide a timely service. This local firm prides itself on customer service and I hope that Kudos will in turn offer them a similar ‘good will’ gesture.

I phoned Customer Services and spoke with Gemma, re: split shower seal. I had to email proof of purchase. I received follow up email, then replacement seal dispatched next day and I received the following day. Great, friendly service. I couldn't have asked for any better. Many thanks.

The Pinnacle 8 bifold door has a cut-out slot to open and close the door which lets water out onto the bathroom floor! The door is not cheap but you have to pay an additional £55 for a handle! worse still, the handle is shallow on the outside and requires two hands to close the door!! God help you if your hands are weak/arthritic. For the money Kudos could do a lot, lot better.

The advice I received was prompt, relevant and helpful, with fixing advice too. The spare part arrived within 2 days. I’m now confident I can fix the door myself thanks to the comprehensive information I got.

Well, I've just ordered some spare parts for my shower door, which are on their way. I asked a question about fitting the shower door back on after I get the parts, and got a response in less than an hour with comprehensive instructions. Very good!
