The customer support agent that got assigned to me was very helpful and kind. He worked with me to find a solution to get a phone holder that was out of stock shipped to me. I love it! His proposition was to ship it in a different colour or a logo-free version for some reason. I don't really care that it has no logo, because he promised me that it has the exact same appearance and function.

I am extremely disappointed. After waiting for over a month for my replacement scooter (which arrived defective with Error E7), customer service made a huge mistake asking me for a video of a scooter that is already in their Polish warehouse. I immediately replied to clarify their misunderstanding. They told me they would reply "as soon as possible", but it has now been 4 days of total silence. No updates, no shipping tracking number, nothing. This is unacceptable customer management. I want my new scooter shipped immediately!

customer service ignored me for 4 days
customer service ignored me for 4 days. i told them clearly due to my refund request you would need to make me a return label before 13th of july because ill be in holiday then. they itnored me and now today is the evening of 12th july and ive still gotten no response or anything. ive already contacted my bank and am just waiting for their response to this situation. (read my other reviews for more clarification) I do not reccomending buying directly from their website if you dont wanna experience the slowest customer service ever offered by a company in existance.

Warning about Kugooescooters / KuKirin (kugooescooters.com) — Order FF01004982
I paid for a KuKirin G2 scooter on their website and never received any order confirmation or email. After days of complaining, an order tied to my name appeared — but with someone else's details: different buyer, different payment method, different amount, shipped to a country that isn't mine. The carrier confirms the package was never headed to my address.
So far: no product, no refund, no real explanation from their customer service.
Leaving the order number here as reference so their team can locate the case: FF01004982.
Has anyone else had a similar issue with this store?
Update: The company replied publicly saying they are following up, but at the same exact time I received an email asking me to 'confirm my real order number' — ignoring that Order FF01004982, with my name and phone number on it, was sent directly to me by their own system. Still no refund, no correct delivery, no real explanation.
