I’ve ordered a Kukirin g2 pro and so far the customer service has been incredible but I could wish that my Kukirin would arrive a bit sooner I’m soo excited for it

I am very happy with my KuKirin G2 scooter. The scooter arrived quickly and in good condition. The quality is excellent, the battery lasts well, and it is comfortable to ride. The website was easy to use and the ordering process was smooth. Customer service has been helpful and responsive. I highly recommend KuKirin to anyone looking for a reliable electric scooter.

I’ve ordered a G4 and they told me the G4 is out of stock and to switch to the G2 master with a prioritezed delivery they emailed me that it will be shipped yesterday within 24 hours from that point they didint say anything back and I’m scared because I don’t want to get scammed
So far worst costumer service ever I know they are a big company and it takes a lot but it’s so slow and I waited for my G4 5 days before they told me it’s out of stock and when I said to switch to the G2 master the website doesn’t change anything and they emailed me one time saying that it will be shipped in 24 hours and any questions that I had they haven’t responding
Like a ghosting and that’s frustrating please fix this Kukirin ASAP and tell me a answer because I want my Kukirin G2 master ASAP or just return the money!

You act like a scum, it suposed to be a birthday present and become reason for tears and sadness... And that's the reason of many negative reviews. Avoid this page, no metter they say!!! Please, do not answer me on this review, speccially not like automatic reply to contact customer sevice od website.

Just perfect everything is how it is supposed to be at frist I was a bit scared to order becouse there were some bad reviews but after that I ordered everything was good I could track it everything and it came very fast a huge recommend. The support is easily reachable too.

I have M4 max
It is ok for 800w. But I need stronger for up hills.
The screen is very small and you can't see if indicators is on or off (big mistake)

The scooter has met all expectations so far.

I ordered a G4 scooter two weeks ago and asked to exchange it for two G2 scooters. I paid extra, and they told me they don't know when the scooters will be delivered. They're out of stock, and they don't even give me an estimated delivery time. They rarely respond, and they're very slow. I've been messaging them, but they haven't responded. I asked for a refund, but they haven't responded either.order number FF00892459 I paid 947.17 US dollars for a kukurin g 4 and asked to exchange it for two kukurin g 2 pieces, which costs 489 euros. They asked me to pay an additional 79 euros for two pieces, and then sent me a message to pay 339 US dollars. I write a lot of messages and there is no answer at all!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I ordered and paid in full for an electric scooter, attracted by the company’s claims of fast customer support and delivery within 3–7 days. However, after placing my order, communication completely stopped.

For the last three days, I have sent multiple emails requesting an update on my order, but I have received absolutely no response. I have not been informed whether the scooter has been dispatched, nor have I received any tracking information or delivery estimate.

What concerns me most is not even the delay itself, but the complete lack of communication and customer service. A legitimate business should at least respond to paying customers and provide basic information about their orders.

At this stage, I am beginning to question the reliability of this company. Unless I receive a prompt response and a clear update regarding my order, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

I hope the company addresses this issue and improves its customer support, as my experience so far has been very disappointing.

definitely to avoid. terrible experience with this company from start to finish. totally unserious. first of all, on the main page of the site they have a spin & win contest game where you have to enter your email address, it happened that I won the scooter. I asked them if the contest was real, they said yes, it is enough to make a purchase. later, after the purchase they told me that I have to present the screenshot and that they do not send the winnings, although if in the interface they ask for your email address it must be registered and they do not inform you that you have to do a screenshot. they respond very slowly to emails. I told them to send my money back, they said that they actually send the product, they do not care what you want. in the end they said that they send a scooter bag, they did not send it. now I received an email to give them a review from 1 to 5 stars, but only the fields with 4 and 5 stars are active. I will definitely not make any more purchases or recommend them. I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately I can't.

I ordered a G2 Ultra and while going through the checkout process, the shipping address changed to my billing address when using Apple Pay express checkout. I couldn’t change or cancel the order that I just placed! I called the phone number on website which goes to SHENZHEN, CHINA and it is always busy signal. Sent multiple emails. No reply to any of them. Customer service is non-existent. Chat feature on website gives no response other than to email them. Why bother no response. So my scooter was already delivered to wrong address that I won’t be at for a month. Returning it means I must pay return freight which will be expensive given the weight. Horrible company to deal with!

Your reply doesn’t even address the issue stated above! I’m not waiting on an out of stock order! Read the above email. Your customer support team doesn’t exist because they still haven’t answered any of my emails. How about getting them to do their jobs?

The only place to find a charger that works for your kukurin scooter ! The consumer service is easy to contact. So satisfying.

The service was great I love that the responses were very Quick and the shipment was fast and the scooter is perfect

It took a month to come but I rode it for the first time and it was so good it’s a g4

ordered both the g2max and g2pro at the same time i thought they would arrive in the same package so i was scared when only one came but then the next day another one came and i was very setisfied with both scooters very good really fun i reccomend and here is a tip try riding it with with the seat it is really fun an it goes faster do to wind resistance and it is like riding on a trampoline very good
