The t-shirts I ordered arrived quickly
The t-shirts I ordered arrived quickly, well packaged and are a beautiful quality. I absolutely love the designs which is why I'm so disappointed that the sizing seems so off.
My partner is size 3xl but I was pleased to see this site offered 4xl as he prefers his tshirts loose.
The minute I unpackaged the t-shirts I could see it was small. Compared to his 3xl tshirts the 4xl I ordered was considerably smaller. I would say definitely no bigger than a 2xl.
I now have to pay for tracked shipping to return these so have lost money which is disappointing.
I'd advise anyone to be cautious of sizing. However, aside from that issue the tshirts are quality. Just a shame they don't go bigger than what they call a 4xl

Thank you for your feedback Abbie and we're thrilled to hear you love our quality and design...we're just really sorry to hear they didn't fit your partner :( Unfortunately sizing is a very personal thing and it's impossible to provide clothing that is a perfect fit for everyone, especially in the bigger sizes when peoples' body shape and size can vary so much. We are a little more fitted than some brands, and therefore do advise ordering a size up on what you would usually order, although our sizing is still in line with most mainstream fashion brands. We have to say that we do feel that a 2 star review seems a tad harsh based on this and can be quite damaging to a small brand like ourselves :( but we value your feedback all the same. When you do return your items, please email us a copy of your postal receipt to support@kumuclothing.co.uk and we will refund your returns postage so you are not out of pocket. Love the clean design of these shirts, bought two for Christmas presents and can't wait for them to be opened. Shout out to Dave for sorting a delivery address issue in record time and ensuring my package came the next day. The quality of the shirts is great and I would highly recommend them.
