Excellent service, particularly with the delivery. My goods were carried up the stairs to my apartment and unpacked, then all the packaging was taken away. Fantastic.

I have purchased stairs bed to my kids!
Fast delivery, the material of the bed was good, but here I would like to share 2 remarks, valid and important complaints
- Poor installation drawings, with a single piece of paper how could we assemble the bed? The worst part is it took nearly 12 hours to assemble the bed just because of poor installation drawings, I strongly recommend if you are not good at doing assembling blindly without drawings please don’t go for it, how could Kungsmobiler would deliver a bed without proper installation manual ? highly disappointed!
- Poor storage area beneath the bed, the three draws seems useless
If you have high patience and desire to present stair bed to your kids then please go for it, after a struggle of 12 hours at the end you love the bed.
The color of the bed "blue" is not as thick as shown in the website!
overall: i have mixed feelings, the quality & fast delivery i satisfied but i rater more disappointed for the product poor installation drawings, i never seens any product in sweden without detailed installtion papers except the product from Kungsmobler!!!!!!

I have purchased twice from their website and I loved the experience.
They offer furnitures that are not very typical Swedish, which I love and they have a very extensive selection of unique pieces.

I paid for my furnitures using klarna which was smooth and easy. The delivery time was about 2 weeks but that didn't bother me because what I ordered was big and heavy. It arrived here in Umeå intact and in perfect conditions.
The only problem I had was the fact that I live on the 3rd floor and my building doesn't have elevators, so I had to carry the furniture upstairs... next time I place an order I am going to send them an e-mail about it and I will update this review to acknowledge our arrangement.
