£70 down with no product either!!!
I have ticked the box to say let Kurlisse.com know about your review - but this will probably be rejected/returned as do all emails sent to them!!!

It's a scam

It's a scam. I made my order on the 22nd of December 2023 and still didn't receive anything. I was trying to e-mail the support, but all addresses don't exist anymore.
So, I feel that I've lost my 70 pounds. Feel so upset about this.
Hope this review will stop you from buying their products. All it's just a lie.

Don't be drawn in by Insta fake ads, scam company

This is a fraud from start to finish. The ads on social media are fake, showing a quality hair curler but the thing you will actually receive is completely different. If it arrives at all...

They have changed their name three times in recent months - they are Kurlisse now, but it was Magic Curl before Christmas and previously Borelia London. They are NOT based in London, they are a Chinese drop shipping scam.

Despite saying they have a 14-day money back guarantee, they do not honour this.

So first of all you will not receive the item for for weeks. You will reply to the order email to complain and start a refund, requesting a UK address for return. That email will bounce because they've moved on. I tracked down a valid email from other Trustpilot reviews and did manage to raise a reply.

Here's where the delaying tactics come in. They will ask you send photos of the unused item. Mine is not even unwrapped from its shipping packing. They will tell you that their 'services' or 'logistics' are reviewing the photos. Eventually they will change their approach and offer you a 50% voucher as partial refund to use on something else from their shop. As if you would! And then they stop replying completely.

This is deliberately to delay you past the 14 day return period.

I have an open case with PayPal in the vain hope that I will get my money back that way. Don't be drawn in like I was - avoid any company selling a '5 in 1 hair curler' and just buy the real thing.
