The Shrewsbury showroom is a first class service and, similar to previous reviews, I agree the quality of the staff; the attention to detail, and the desire to get it right for the customer is outstanding. Im pleased with every aspect - choice of colour, ease of use, functionality. Definitely recommend them.

Chris and his team at Kutchenhaus Preston were fantastic. From providing some really useful thoughts and suggestions in the design to the amazing fit of our beautiful new kitchen.
Attention to detail was always top of the list closely followed by good regular comms yo keep us up to date with where our order was up to.
I wouldn't hesitate for a minute in recommending them. And if the need buy a new kitchen happened Chris and his team would be our first if not only port of call.

Kutchenhaus gave us the most incredible design service. Rhys was brilliant from start to finish and listened to all our requests. He did his own research to ensure the appliances met our needs. We loved his ideas and our new kitchen is stunning! Great design and quality.

The planning for an extension to convert a 40 year old kitchen started 2 years before, during which we had visited at least 15 kitchen companies within a 30 mile radius. Once the construction was finally underway, we came across Kutchenhaus in Taunton headed by Graham Jones. We had a pretty good idea of what we were after and over several months Graham worked with us extensively on the details. His knowledge of the Kutchenhaus range, details of storage and appliance options and fitting requirements and appreciation of our needs was outstanding. His professional approach included several site visits during the construction period, again on the day the units were delivered and during their installation. Kutchenhaus products are stylish, strong and reliable professionally installed. In a nutshell, it was like having a personal shopper and experienced project manager oversee the realisation combining new utility room, open plan kitchen and breakfast room. We cannot speak highly enough of Graham's patient, meticulous methods and commitment to providing a bespoke service.

I can honestly say from the first meeting with Kelly at the Bristol showroom to the completion of our kitchen refurbishment, the whole process has been smooth, and we are thrilled with our new kitchen. Kelly was so helpful and produced a wonderful design, Dennis, the kitchen fitter worked so hard and was a pleasure to have around and Patrick was always available if necessary. We would highly recommend Kutchenhaus to anyone who is looking for a kitchen refurbishment.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Kutchenhaus in Congleton. Neil and Paulina were fantastic and the whole process from design to installation was brilliantly managed.

We spoke to several kitchen suppliers before deciding, but Neil’s design was easily the best and he really understood what we were trying to achieve. We then refined the layout together to maximise the space, improve the light and make sure it worked for the way we live.

What really stood out for us was the quality of the Kutchenhaus kitchen, combined with Neil’s design and project management.
Neil organised all the trades and oversaw the building work and kitchen installation from start to finish. Every one of them was excellent and helped the whole project run very smoothly. Just before decoration I had the idea of turning a corner into a bar feature and Neil quickly arranged the mirror glass and installation.

From our first visit to the Kutchenhaus Congleton showroom to the finished kitchen, the quality, service and attention to detail have been excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for kitchen design and installation in the Congleton area.

We went to a number of retailers looking for design ideas, most just put boxes in the space, Helie at Kutchenhaus Chester provided some real inspiration, the product is excellent and the service outstanding.

Great service from initial design consultation to execution. Tracy and Dave were fantastic and extremely helpful throughout the process. Extremely happy with the outcome of the Kitchen renovation.

We had a fantastic experience with Kutchenhaus, Petts Wood. The service was great from start to finish, and their attention to detail really stood out. The quality of the product is superior — exactly what we were hoping for.
Charlotte and her staff were an amazing team throughout the entire process. A huge shout‑out to Josh for his dedication to his customers — he truly made us feel like family. Even though we used an independent fitter, the Kutchenhaus team were still incredibly helpful and always willing to offer advice whenever needed.
We also had a small issue with a cabinet door, and it was fixed immediately with no hassle at all. Their responsiveness and commitment to customer care were outstanding.
Kitchens are an expensive upgrade in any home and its easy to make a mistake that you later regret - this team didn't just design our kitchen, they took the time to understand what we wanted and then delivered!

A very disappointing experience buying a kitchen from Kutchenhaus Solihull.

We have discussed our issue with Citizens Advice Bureau, they have advised they will send over details to Trading Standards. We (as suggested by Citizens Advice) are seeking resolution through a Section 75 Credit Card Refund request after we have been unable to resolve in a timely manner with either the retailer or Head Office.

From our very first home appointment with Steve, he truly understood the brief. The plans and suggestions he made were nothing short of genius, and he was so patient, happily adjusting the designs several times to make sure everything was just right for us. The quality of the kitchen itself is outstanding — solid, beautifully finished, and clearly built to last. The whole process, from the initial design through to the final fitting by Adam, was completely seamless. I would highly recommend.

We are delighted with our new Kutchenhaus kitchen and utility room. The finish and quality of the install is excellent and the fitters did a great job of working around us while our building works were completed. Best of all was the level of customer service reveived at every step of the project. Mushtak and the team at Petersfield spent alot of time at the beginning getting to know us to better understand how our old kitchen could be reconfigured to deliver a modern effective space for the whole family. His insight and suggestions proved invaluable for us to realise our dream kitchen.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah. She was super helpful and created a beautiful design that suited our family. From start to finish, she answered all our queries, took time to redesign things when required and listened to all our wants. We could not have asked for better service.
We picked the kitchen as our extension was still being built and Hannah took the time to ensure that everything fit perfectly. Chris was also on hand to help when required.
The quality of the kitchen is superb. The kitchen has been in place for over 2 months now and functions wonderfully. I have visited a number of kitchen showrooms and by far Kutchenhaus offers quality and excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

From initial contact through project requirements / design / scope, delivery, execution, snagging to final completion, Kutchenhaus Bournemouth have proven to be responsive, attentive & knowledgeable from start to finish.

Project was a significant replacement kitchen & utility room with works extending to electrics, plumbing, kitchen cabinetry & worksurfaces.

A nice quality kitchen but some little nuances were not good. Some missing finishing caps the larder door with a very slight bow that couldn’t be rectified as that’s the way it’s built. It’s a 4 star kitchen but for the fact that my recycling cupboard ripped out of carcass after one year. It had quarter inch self tappers. This is not covered on the warranty despite when being sold the kitchen they had a sales assistant stand on a kidney shelf to “prove its strength”. With that sales tactic I would have thought it would have been covered on a 50k kitchen. Buyer beware.

Seamless process from start to finish with Chris from the Preston store doing a brilliant job with the design and Dan doing amazing job with the fitting. The attention to detail and flawless finish has exceeded all our expectations and I can’t praise them enough. We are over the moon with our finished kitchen.

Excellent choice. We are delighted with the end to end process from the design phase here in Brighton, when the patience and support was outstanding, to the seamless fitting process and the quality and final look of the kitchen. We would highly recommend them as the final result vs price is very satisfactory! Big thank you to them for a great job!

Outstanding professionalism, design service, attention to detail, dedication & patience from start to finish!

We are very happy with our completed kitchen – the KutchenHaus product is good quality and KutchenHaus Orpington have been a pleasure to deal with.

Most of our interactions were with Josh (our designer), Kate and Ryan. Customer service was always exemplary. They know their stuff and were always willing to take the all the time necessary to deal with any questions/ concerns and discuss everything in detail.

Prior to our first visit to the showroom, we knew we wanted something completely different in terms of layout and style. Ultimately, we had a list of problems we wanted to address rather than clear ideas for what we wanted. We knew we disliked most aspects of our old kitchen but we were not sure what was possible.

The journey for our final design was a long one…and that was ultimately due to us wanting to fully explore several completely different designs. At no time did we feel under any pressure to progress from design to order and it always felt that Josh was just as invested in our project as we were.

Once our design was confirmed, we were introduced to a recommended building contractor for installation and the quality of the installation (combined with additional works) was just as impressive as the KutchenHaus product.

Based on our experience we recommend KutchenHaus Orpington.
