Very bad
I felt the service I received was very poor, which in turn made me feel uncomfortable asking for let them finish the work that should be done.
This project has been delayed multiple times due to a combination of poor communications and incorrect measurement. We havent been able to cook properly for nearly 2 weeks
Not to mention there is a lot of waste left in the garden, some heavy wooden panels were simply left on our stairs unprotected, what happena should they fall upon us and cause harm?!
I give them the 50%deposit at 28/02/2019, and pay other 40% at 17/04/2019 like they ask for.the work should start at 18/04/2019
But they didn't came for work in time and in the afternoon some came remove the old kitchen.
Then interesting things are coming.they told me because they didn't have the new kitchen right now so they can not finish the job tomorrow and because Easter coming they need change to 23/04/2019 .Ok, I accepted it.
But I don't understand why there is such a thing after repeatedly stressing that they can collect money the day before they start working.
The problem is that they took the money but didn't start working on time and put the start time ahead of the long Easter weekend, which means my family need to live 5 days without a kitchen.
This is just the beginning of the problem
They came on April 23 and then the next day I thought the size of the cabinet is wrong. The door opening direction of the cabinet door is wrong, the door can not be opened. With my consent, they saws off some shelf under the windows.
Then they modified the cabinet size on site but the door need to order again.
At the end of the second day They told me that there is only a little work left so they will finish the rest of the work together next time,if the door not ready tomorrow they will let the company give me a call.

Then they didn't show up again all week.I also hope that they may come next Monday.
I contacted this company on Monday. They said that door should order and they don't know how long does it take.
I propose to finish the rest of the work first.I can even install it myself when new doors come.
Yesterday, at my strong request, they promised that someone would install it at 2 pm.At 2:35, the worker called me and said that the car was broken.They can't come today.
Ok, such an emergency should be considered accidental.I told the company, please be sure to install it tomorrow.
I got a call this morning. They said that the car was not repaired and it is not coming today.
I was a little angry at this time.Is there only 2 installers and one car for the entire company?
I don't know when they are ready to finish the work, but if the big board on the stairs is drop down and someone is hurt, I think this should be their problem.
I can only wait patiently

I am extremely disappointed because I don't feel like a valued customer here.I hate to make a fuss, but I feel it's necessary to draw this to everyone attention.
This unpleasant experience is full of changes over and over again.They asked the customers what I did on time, but they failed to fulfill their services again and again for various reasons.
