Despite issues with the length of time of waiting for the log cabin and some issues with the quality of it. I wanted to highlight how amazing and helpful the HMF logistics delivery driver Paul was - he made the unloading so easy and was very helpful with advice on how to build and protect it!

Well where shall I start, as a courier these are terrible, I believe they area third party team via BQ, who I brought my metal shed from online, the shed weighed 77kgs, delivery was 2men, barrow truck, no problem, but I was told it should have been kerbside drop, I've been informed that kerbside drops, are technically not my property or any one else's, now returns, after reading more online reviews I realised I had made a big mistake, so applied to return, unfortunately the package was left in my back garden in a box, I covered it over but it rained heavy, now I was told to re package, how? , no help at all, tidy box up, man turns up to collect on his own, looked at and refused to take, so wrapped in tarpaulin best we could, sent photos, not good enough packing, ok, got some cardboard boxes, packed lots of tape, sent photo,ok now to collect, managed to get it on kerbside, with help from 2, young lads, will collect on 15th, no they didn't, today 16th, van arrived, one man, no lifting gear. 77kgs one man he couldn't do it, I had to help, I'm 66, have a hernia, but I just wanted it gone, so overall disgusting service, not helpful in any way, and I'm still being charged for collection of shed return, spoke with BQ, customer service, and they have said because they use a third party courier, there's nothing they can help me with, please do not use, disgusting service from both parties, Ian& Janet Deal Kent

Customer service is shocking . I would NOT recommend using this company. We purchased a 7mtr x 3mtr log cabin, the delivery was diabolical. The driver manually unloaded every component onto my drive without any protection on the base ie: taken off the palette. It was noted at the time that there were multiple parts damaged of which the driver was advised and an email sent to them.
When we started construction 25th August 2025 we found that at least half of the timber sections were warped/twisted beyond being useable.
After, over a week of phone calls, emails and photographs to prove the items were faulty they finally agreed they would replace the parts.
We have contacted customer services repeatedly over the last 5 weeks and we are still waiting for the replacement parts. They just keep saying they will get in touch when they are available??? Our log cabin is partially erected and is now getting damaged due to the weather.
They are not interested

I had a call from someone called ?Myra this morning at 8:27. I was on the school run and missed the call. I have tried calling back THREE times since - the first 2 times I waited in a queue for 10-15 minutes before the call just hanging up on me! The third time I finally managed to get through to an actual human - but the call quality was terrible with a 2-3 second delay, meaning another waste of time!
I have requested to cancel my order. I would ask that you please acknowledge this. To save any more back and forth I will list my reasons below:
- Placed order end of April 2025. Paid initial deposit by credit card, financing the remaining balance through Novuna.
- Part of my order (the log bar) turns up a few days later. Bit strange that it was delivered so early considering the estimated time the log cabin would take to arrive. Fortunately I had a shed that I could store the log bar in whilst waiting.
- Weeks and weeks go by with absolutely no update. It gets to over 20 weeks since order date with my order status still saying "in production". I then make contact to be told that parts of my log cabin are still being made, and they cannot offer me any sort of time frame or estimate for when it will be ready.
- I then get a phone call last week from Jo telling me that somehow my log cabin is actually ready to be dispatched, despite no update previously and then being told that it was still in production? I find this very confusing and doesn't fill me with confidence.
- I check my order again and have a look at the parts list. It shows that it will be coming with 15mm floor and roof boards. Bit strange considering I paid to upgrade to 19mm floor and roof boards and this is exactly what it says on my initial order confirmation. Again no communication or update to notify me.
- I then start having a look online to see what other peoples experiences are like, and it doesn't make for good reading. Significant amount of unhappy customers due to poor customer service, poor communication, long delivery times with no updates. Then when customers have finally received their products they have turned up with missing or incorrect parts, with poor quality of wood, poor QA processes with customers being supplied with broken, split and twisted parts or parts with nails sticking out.
- Reviews on trustpilot. There are A LOT of questionable positive reviews. In my opinion (and a lot of other peoples) these are likely generated by AI and are not real. Come on - names like 'Handh Lsjch', 'Rbsns Nshxh', 'Dbsmxh Smdhd', 'Fbsna Nsjdh' - do these sound like real people!? Navigating through the vast amount of these highly questionable reviews you will find a LOT of negative reviews from REAL people.
Garden Buildings Direct/Kybotech/BillyOh/whatever you want to call yourselves - it's simple. You need to do better. People spend a significant amount of their hard earned money on these things and it just seems like you are causing so many people so much unnecessary stress and hassle, including myself. I ordered this log cabin to be a games room for my 3 young children hoping it would be of a good quality and here in time for summer for them to enjoy - silly me for giving your company a chance.
I simply don't have the time or the energy to proceed with this order any more to be left with a likely inferior product, probably needing more money spent on it just to bring it up to any reasonable sort of standard. I absolutely dread the thought of being in the position where I actually do take delivery of this product and I am left having to waste any more of my time having to navigate your poor customer service system chasing the likely damaged, sub standard, incorrect or missing parts that I will have to deal with.

Made a subject access request which they didn’t send within the 1 Calender month timescale set out by ICO’s regulations. Also with the information they provided they have shown they have either lied to me about arranging a collection which never happened which they told me was down to the collection company. It’s either they lied or have deliberately left out the information on the subject access request. Their breach will be reported to the ICO to investigate and I will also ask them to investigate whether they have left out information which they said they had arranged but hasn’t been included.

If you order a shed they will hold your money infinitley and not deliver. There are hundreds of 1 star reviews of their "shed" companies this month alone.
Delivery time is 4-5 weeks, i've been waiting 4 months. Currently clawing money back through card company.
Dont bother using their phone line, it doesn't go anywhere but back to their website.

I ordered a BillyOh shed via Garden Buildings Direct yesterday. Later on I received two emails from Kybotech with the title "Fraud". They demanded a photo of my driving licence because I am having it delivered to my allotment rather than the house. It's a big shed, this surely can't be that unusual.
In all my years of online ordering I have NEVER had any request like this, including when I ordered an engagement ring which actually is easily resellable.
Far from giving a sense of security that you are protecting me, alarm bells are going off that you have an internal security problem.
My first impression of this company is horrific. Fingers crossed for the actual shed.

I ordered a shed from Garden Buildings Direct.
I have been trying to have replacement parts sent and have got so despondent about this project.
I was originally told it took 2-3 days for replacement parts (verbally by and employee). The written time frame is 3-5 days.
Each message to "customer service" is auto replied saying there will be a 2-3 day wait. I have now sent about 36 emails to try to progress this.
Each reply is from a different employee. Not one of them has picked up and resolved the issue. They just do the minimum by way of a response and let you get back to them. Then you are greeted with a lovely auto response saying "2-3 days..." Infuriating.
The phone system is possibly worse. No one answers for a long period of time. Have waited well over 10 minutes many times and ended up calling the sales line which they answer.
On a couple of occasions I thought this was moving on but my hopes have been dashed again and again.
My shed is half built and I cannot keep the weather out forever. It's very stressful and has caused major amounts of stress and disruption to my household.
I wish I'd gone with my original idea of just building one from scratch to my own design and had some control. As it is, I am just having to wait, email, call, stress... I cannot do anything to move it on!
Update, another email sent, another day gone by and nothing from you. This is supposed to be a priority according to the messages I've had. Really not good enough!
18/8 Further update, still waiting over a week later... Delivery timeframe originally specified as 3-5 days then after several days of nothing, another delivery timeframe of 3-7 days was specified 😐
What happens when I'm away and you finally want to deliver the parts? What happens with my temporary roof covering which has been in service for weeks if I'm away? I am concerned about damage.
I have asked at least 3 times for a manager to call me. This request has been ignored on your email replies to me and no call has been received.
Again, I say this is far from good enough.

Ordered via one of their companies Garden Buildings Direct and I would avoid anything to do with this company and Kybotech at all costs. Horrendous customer service, no updates on orders over double the waiting time and still nothing product. Left out of pocket with no clue as to when to expect my order!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I love how simple Kybotech made everything. The product was easy to find and the prices were good. My delivery came on time and setting it up was not hard.

Ordered from one of their companies billyoh in may. Not delivered whenever I called it was in production. Eventually called to cancel. Told would get a call Nd funds refunded in 14 days. Status of order mysteriously returned to in production. Called again today. Told whole process had to start again. Rubbish. I think I can kiss goodbye to the money!

Part of Billy Oh, and garden buildings direct. A complete scam of a business and take money without supplying goods.
Update: What the reply is from this business is rubbish! We are now taking this business to court to get funds back. There has been no response to court letters.

Bought a shed from this company through B&Q..
Returning the shed because there were too many issues with the shed. It's surprising that they don't quality check the shed to make sure the problems aren't there before it is despatched.
I requested a refund and they wanted it returned but then I have been waiting for the pick up of the shed. over 2 weeks now and no idea when the shed is being picked up but they won't refund until picked up..
Made complaint through B&Q
I have also noticed other reviews on here saying the same thing and having to report to trading standards and claim back section 75 through credit card..
edited in response to below reply..
B&Q had to send a final email to the company to say that they need to pick up the shed and refund otherwise B&Q would be taking it further and forcing a refund.. it was only when B&Q did this that they responded and arranged pick up.
no surprise the company promised to myself and B&Q they would pick up the shed on FRi 11/07/25 because B&Q gave them a last warning.. They haven't picked up the shed so I am escalating with B&Q and requested Section 75 with credit card..
They finally picked up the shed after b&q put pressure on them. And b&q forced the refund not this company.

Bought a BillyOh 3m x 2m so-called “summerhouse” via B&Q marketplace but upon attempting to build the “summerhouse” found that there were problems:-
1. Use of unseasoned wood and poor handling by Kybotech and/or its agents had caused warping of more than 40% of the components including floor/wall panels and spars;
2. At least two panels were missing;
3. The floor panels had been made with inadequate materials and poor quality bracing such that boards on two elements were split and the so-called floor couldn’t have supported the weight of a newt;
4. There were no instructions and no link to instructions for building what we came to call the shittyhouse and repeated requests to B&Q and Kybotech bought no solution.
As such, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - the goods delivered were unfit for purpose.
Because we had paid B&Q for the shittyhouse, we approached them since, that is with whom the legal liability lies. b&Q were evasive but referred it to Kybotech of Worksop. Kybotech, over a period of six weeks were highly obstructive in providing any remedy. On many occasions they quoted “complicated logistics” being needed to collect the defective materials. On three occasions Kybotech made arrangements to collect the shittyhouse materials but then, having kept us at home all day, failed to turn up!
On the phone Kybotech staff were obstructive and refused to escalate the issue or made vague promises to do so before failing to do so. In some instances staff were rude. We have audio recordings of calls with the company.
After their third refusal to sort the matter out by collecting their shittyhouse for a full refund, we referred the matter to Trading Standards including our audio recordings. Then we reported the issue to our Bank who, upon checking with Trading Standards made a chargeback to our account for the full amount paid to B&Q.
Amazingly, after six weeks of Kybotech word soup about complex logistics for collecting their shittyhouse materials and their three failures to do so for “unforeseen circumstances”, two days after the chargeback Kybotech turned up, with their tails between their legs, unannounced to collect the materials.
We would strongly recommend NOT doing business with Kybotech - no matter how they are selling their products. Their customer service is appalling….no matter what replies they give here…... They attempt to prevaricate and procrastinate in an attempt to force the consumer into defeat. Consumers have rights enshrined in law - we enforced ours via Trading Standards and the Bank.

HMF logistic - Paul has been a top bloke going above and beyond with supporting the movement of my log cabin. Couldn't rate higher.

Bought a shed from this company and the quality is awful! Came with missing parts, no instructions all the boards have separated after a few months even though I painted straight away and installed on level ground, tongue and grove obviously were not glued to save time and money.
Complained and wanted refund or at a minimum a replacement was ignored, they clearly don't value their customers just want your money and hold no responsibility for the quality of their products.
I have wasted £410 don't do the same avoid!!!

I am writing a second review here as Kybotech are still failing to adequately deal with my complaints. I ordered a summerhouse from the company cia B&Q marketplace in November last year. Virtually all components bar the panels were missing. I had to request screws and fixings. I then had to request the wood pack. And then the glazing. All in all it took seven months for them to supply me with my entire order. I have been unable to construct my purchase in the meantime and am now concerned about the quality as I’ve been waiting so long for it all to be in my possession. Despite numerous emails and calls, Kybotech are refusing me any compensation as they insist they sent out replacement parts instead of acknowledging their failure to deliver them in the first place. I have multiple emails to prove my case and B&Q have performed multiple escalations on my complaint to resolve the matter, to no avail from Kybotech. Their tone is downright rude and they have told me they consider the matter closed. It has been nothing short of disgraceful. Do not use.

Adam the driver for HMF logistics was a first class delivery driver, polite, curtious and very obliging. Materials put exactly where required he is a credit to his company. will leave a further review on Kybotech once the build has taken place but wanted Adams part of the process being recognised.

The product arrived damaged and full of mould. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they were obligated to refund us. Instead, they dodged responsibility, denied the danger, and refused to pay. Legally questionable, ethically worse.

Just recieved our garden building which was delivered by HMF logistics. Absolutely perfect. The driver was expert, courteous, friendly, knowledgable and thoroughly efficient. Thank you for an excellent service
