Poor quality control and no meaningful resolution

I had a very disappointing experience with Kylin Games on a recent custom card order. I ordered 300 decks, and the quality was far below the standard of my previous reorder of 1000+ cards with them.

The issues were serious and made the decks unusable for sale. Multiple decks had missing and duplicate cards, some decks were not shrink wrapped, several cards had visible edge tool marks, some prints were off center and showed white lines, and there were color inconsistencies within the same deck. These were not small cosmetic differences, they were major quality control problems.

What made the experience worse was the response. Instead of offering a clear resolution, I was repeatedly told that because this was a small batch, the machines did not have enough time to stabilize. That explanation was never communicated before production, and it does not reasonably explain issues like missing cards, duplicate cards, or unwrapped decks. I was also offered replacement boxes, even though the problem was with the cards themselves.

Communication became very frustrating. I had to follow up multiple times, and even when I asked for production files and reorder information for previously successful decks, those were not provided. At this point, I do not feel confident ordering from them again unless there is a major improvement in quality control, communication, and accountability.

If you are ordering custom cards, especially in smaller quantities, I would be very cautious.
