An Unethical Business…
I was swayed by the positive reviews on other platforms and opted to take the negative ones with a pinch of salt…. wish I’d given more consideration to them in hindsight. It’s clear the bulk of positive reviews are from associated friends and family. Any negative feedback is met with denial and with comments stating that they were left by competitors or from individuals whom are jealous which is simply not true and a figment of their imagine… one of many marketing tools they apply.
I was really disappointed with our purchase and service. The gentleman who spoke to us, I have no words to describe our interaction… so arrogant, obnoxious with no empathy despite the issues we raised of which there were several. Yes I am a “gori” but that does not make me a bad Muslim and it does not mean I do not understand many of the vile things that were said. The business model seems to be built on greed rather than quality products, service and offering value for money.
This so called “family business” operated by charlatans, basically takes cheap goods from overseas and repackages them with glossy branding/packaging at an over-inflated price. By applying false, inaccurate and misleading statements to then give a sense of authenticity and premium to to what they sell. Upon having completed further research and speaking to others it is clear this is an unethical business masking under the cloak of respectability.
I feel it’s important to share with anyone reading this that refusing to support unethical businesses is not just a choice, but a social responsibility. By withholding our purchases from those that exploit, harm, or deceive, we send a clear message: integrity and ethics matter, and they will not be compromised for convenience or profit.
