I ordered the XL STERLING SILVER ST. MICHAEL 2022 with a Cuban chain. I like it honestly, I thought it would be a lil bit bigger than what it is being that it’s labeled XL but ok. What has me a lil upset is the top of Michael’s sword is bent a lil bit, it’s not perfectly straight like in the picture not sure if this happened during the molding process or what.

This piece is made of .925 Sterling Silver which isn't the hardest metal, so even after being casted, polished, and a final quality control check and having the exact shape we desire, it's possible that the very top of the sword above the hand was slightly bent during transport, which we definitely apologize for. Our pieces are super detailed, and this probably a big reason other jewelry companies shy away from making products this intricate, especially when made at a larger scale and transported to clients.

This purchase was reported as Fraudulent by the cardholder days after the purchase was made, the money was also returned to the original cardholder (whoever that was). Trust pilot and our legal team have been contacted with all supporting documentation.

Shout out my dogg at LABAY! I've bought countless things from him. Even got a custom pendant and communication was A1 like sauce. I'm picky like a crackhead does to their face and he made sure everything came out perfect, even to the point I sent the pendant back and he changed the bale, all at no extra cost.
