Still to this very day this seller came through, and I did get my ultra rare game at a reasonable price, truly the stuff of legends!

DO NOT EVEN CONTACT THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DOXXED!

I emailed them about purchasing a vintage copy of Star Wars Galaxies. They took forever to get back in contact with me, only to tell me they were only selling the 100 dollar collector's edition.

Fast forward 8 months, I found out they had PUBLICLY DOXXED me on their website posting my name, email and phone number. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL.

Delivery took about a week which isn't too bad. I purchased KOTOR 2 and they had it cheaper than anywhere else I could find. No problems with the disc or anything. No complaints.

Purchased a game through Google Checkout, it is linked to my gmail account so it makes the whole transaction a very smooth & easy process; basically you log in with your account info & click checkout, it's over in seconds & extremely painless. The game i purchased turned up in around 8 to 10 days which was pretty good for economy internaional shipping, it was in great condition & installed pretty fast. The game did take a little tweaking to get it to run on my Windows 8 laptop.

I had been trying to obtain a copy of a particular game for some time without success.
When I found it here I immediately purchased. Unfortunately - it was already out of stock. However, I was contacted promptly and issued a refund - but they kept my contact info and located another copy for me - very quickly. I was very impressed with the level of service.

I had been searching all over for a particular older game that was designed for Windows 95 or 98 (not sure) and couldn't find it anywhere until I searched Google.com. Once I ordered the game online through LabelGames.com, customer service called to verify that I had ordered it since my delivery address was different from my billing address. The item was delivered promptly & in great condition.

I placed my order through LabelGames, because they had the item I wanted in stock, and the shipping time was fast and the product was perfect. No problems would do business with again unless a lower price was found on one of my more favorite sites.

Pleasant experience contacting the owner and discussing both my order and payment methods - very polite and helpful.

Received the item I'd ordered (a copy of the original Red Faction game by THQ) within a week, have been enjoying it ever since - a few occasional glitches, but those are most likely due to minor conflicts between older code and newer hardware, as the game was in excellent condition upon receipt (undamaged jewel case and discs).

Would recommend to others.
