We have found when we don't send our orders out using a courier that we get a lot of complaints of damage to the labels and are bent in transit. That is why our preferred method is Parcel Force and not standard first class post. We do offer free uk delivery for all orders over £50. If you were to place another order please get in contact before making the order and we will see if we can send out first class post instead with your consent.

Poor service
I placed my order on a Friday and received an email telling me it would be next day delivery.
Waited in on Saturday, the order didn't arrive. The offices are closed so I couldn't speak to anyone. Sent an email.
Received a card through the post on Tuesday with an incorrect tracking number so I couldn't arrange redelivery.
Sent another email on the Wednesday and got a reply on the Thursday, after I had found someone to collect the package for me.
So my "next day delivery" was late by five days and wasn't delivered to my address at all. Very inconvenient.
When I complained they said that they would refund my delivery costs but I'm still waiting and it's been over a month.
