I’ve always been very happy with both the customer service and the products. One small thing to consider is when choosing labels with lurex thread. I had some some labels made with a lot of text and there are a few labels with a few threads missing on some of the letters so I can’t use them. Overall a very good company with aspeedy and reliable service.

I have the transfer name labels
I have the transfer name labels - in white! fantastic for black school socks - place them on the arch and they last longer than the socks.
Easy to apply - good clear instructions. Stand up to boarding school washing conditions.

I have just started a new business and needed personalised labels and these are perfect for me. I loved the first set so ordered 2 more sets which were also a great combination. I choose my own colour combinations and sticky labels to match. Very easy to use, fast delivery. Fab product would highly recommend.

Designing and ordering the labels was really easy and the only problem I had was forcing myself to make a decision about which design I liked best because of the huge choice.
Communication was great about the progress of the order and delivery was exactly on time.
I’ve attached the first dozen labels on my son’s clothes now and it was really quick and simple and they seem very well attached. Haven’t washed them yet but I’m sure they’ll be fine.
