Poorly designed website. SMS filters not fit for purpose. Not sent to many destinations. Noom-screen receipt or acknowledgement for payments! Business model aligned to junk SMS which consumers dont want.

1) SMS filters and message delivery
Our platform includes adaptive traffic filters designed to prevent unusual or potentially fraudulent sending patterns. These controls are especially strict for new accounts, as the system needs an initial learning period to understand normal traffic behavior and usage patterns. Once this initial phase is completed, message delivery should not be affected under normal use.
2) Purpose of SMS filters
SMS filtering is a critical requirement to keep the SMS channel secure and free from fraud, spam, and abusive practices. These measures are not optional: they are mandated by our agreements with mobile network operators and telecommunications regulators. Applying such filters is essential to ensure long-term reliability and compliance for all customers.
3) Destination coverage
We support SMS delivery to more than 200 countries worldwide. However, some destinations require additional procedures such as sender ID registration, traffic profiling, or regulatory approval before messages can be delivered. We kindly invite you to inform us of the specific destinations you wish to reach so we can guide you through any required registration or setup steps.
4) Delivery reports and receipts
Our system always provides delivery confirmations or error statuses whenever they are available. These reports are received directly from mobile operators or, when possible, from the destination devices themselves. If you were unable to view final delivery statuses, we encourage you to contact our support team so we can review your case in detail and clarify what happened.
