Arrived with Postage Due!
I paid $2.99 for shipping. They shipped my package for $1.16 and then they arrive with postage due. I had to pick them up at the post office and pay another $2.94 just to get them. I emailed customer service and never heard back. Horrible service

Shipping was my issue
The laces were sent but were returned to the post office due to you all not paying fully for the shipping postage. I want to say i ended up paying 3.47 no more than 4 to receive laces i already paid for. The laces themselves are a nice gold color. Looks like it’s a good quality. I have yet to put them in my shoes so my hopes is that the gold don’t bleed off into the holes of the shoes and the quality stands.

100% a scam, buy your laces elsewhere
I ordered pair of laces 1 month ago. I was charged via PayPal and never received a confirmation email. Never got my package. I emailed support about 3 times, and after weeks of neglecting my requests, they said they would ship it out. That never happened. I never received another email.
This company is essentially scamming their customers. Save your money and buy from elsewhere, or else you will have to deal with their abysmal customer service and never see your order.
EDIT: Despite the company's PR response below, I still have not heard back from them in any way. It's been over 2 weeks since I posted this, and months since my original order.

Long Shipping Times and Questionable Quality
I know shipping times are delayed due to covid but my laces took well over a month to arrive which is unacceptable and they were thinner than expected.
