Made order Dec 25,2023.....status unchanged for 2.5 weeks as "processing". Had to call customer service today Jan10,2024 just to be told item sold out and will cancel my order. Wow, what a joke. You are wasting so many clients time. You should upgrade your website to stop future disappointments to your customers to do the least!
More Micky Mouse than Crocodile
Ordered trainers online on the 6th January, order went through and they charged my credit card. Chased up today, 10th January, as order was still showing as "processing". After a 15 minute wait on phone was told my trainers were out of stock and hopefully I will get refunded by the end of next week. What an appalling company, why was my order accepted? why was I not contacted? Lacoste are supposed to be a premium brand.
Bad experience
Bad experience, First time went to Shop at Lactose, Ordered stuff. Ordered Xs Size, Received Small Size. Ordered the whole Set of Track Suit including Shirt. When placed order, it was in Dtock and after 10 days upon visiting the store, Been told order cancelled due to un availability of the stock

Expensive Polo’s, shapeless and shrunk after one wash.
Bought 3 Classic Lacoste Polo’s for my hols. They’re nice looking when new but washed once (cold, gentle wash) and all 3 shrunk in length to the point where they were unwearable. Unfortunately, I only bought one from Lacoste AU direct so they refunded me (after about a month and chasing them up), but the other two came from department stores and, in view of the fact I bought them from Dept. stores, in advance of my hols, more than a month had passed since purchase so they weren’t interested (and neither were Lacoste despite the fact that they made them). In short, I got one wear from three different Polo’s and $84AUD back for my $300 outlay. Wouldn’t buy again obviously. Far better off sticking with BOSS.
Very poor stock management online
Very poor stock management online, 2 products I ordered went out of stock even though I placed the order and paid for it and get informed only when I query it after 2 weeks. To my surprise the product and size was still showing in stock for 2 weeks even after I received their email. And customer service is ridiculous. They must learn customer service from Ralph Lauren. Never shop here again can’t trust what you see online.

I brought a jumper from lacoste. Easy navigation and payment process. Good notifications. Prompt delivery. Nice jumper but too big. Return procedure was very easy and free. Brilliant service throughout
Deceiving information and poor customer service
It deserves zero star!
I saw in my Le Clube Lacoste account that "Earn 43 points before 31/12/2023 to reach the next level: Advanced" on 28 December 2023. I therefore ordered your product worth £112 (112 points) in order to reach the next level. However, over the phone call with customer service on 2 Jan 2024, they say that it will take 30 days for the points to register in my account. That means the message is misleading and to a big extent deceiving because it is not possible or probably for me to earn the 43 points on 28 December 2023. I suspect this is in breach of the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations.
The customer service agreed to email me further on 2 Jan 2024 about the record of my loyalty points. It needs two reminder to get a disappointing response two days late. No apology.
I will stop buying anything from Lacoste, Tecnifibre and anything to this failed organisation. Stay away from it.

How the mighty have fallen! Lacoste- used to be considered quality- now just damn right pretentious. Lists products online for sale, then upon purchase cancelled my order (twice) dropping an automated email claiming that the item was no longer in stock. Checked back throughout the week- item was still listed as 'FOR SALE'. Good job Lacoste, a very consumer-friendly website.
Non Delivery
My delivery was due on Friday but couldn’t be delivered because the number of the address was missing, even more frustratingly it was returned to sender and despite me ringing customer service to say I still wanted it, they issued me a refund resulting in me having to order the items again!
Latest update- Lacoste have despatched my replacement order and once again they have missed the number of the address off again……unbelievable!!!

Bought a faulty pair of shoes online. Returned the shoes & was only provided a “partial refund”…and the reason was for “postage”…So essentially I was charged postage for purchasing faulty goods I no longer have. This despite their “free returns for 30 days” advertising. Their customer service can’t even speak basic English & they do not address the actual issue you raise. It took me three days & 5 emails to clarify I’d been charged for postage…Shocking company to deal with

Terrible customer service. Take an age to reply and then literally side swipe the issue.
Order an item and they forget to add the gift box, but instead of doing the right thing and sending it they offer a voucher towards another purchase. Not a chance. Ridiculous.
Shipping delays sucks
Their shipping delays sucks recently. I ordered last 17 Sept,2023 and now its 5th Oct, haven't received my order yet. Reached out to their customer service. Cowboys they don't even acknowledge emails or any messages.
No problems with the order
No problems with the order, next day delivery from DPD. Had to return the wrong size and my refund was processed quickly. Great comms throughout.
Waiting for a refund since June 2023!
Purchased a polo shirt in June 2023, didn't like it, sent it back using a DHL postage label that was sent to me from customer services (to their French Warehouse)
Shirt was delivered back but they said they lost it in the warehouse, after a few days they found it.
Waiting for a refund, lots of excuses, the best one was their accounting department was down for the whole of August 2023? as of Sept they are on catch up and im still waiting for a refund.
This is Lacoste, meant to be a luxury brand! How cab their accounts to be down for whole of August?
I am now contacting my bank to take action as this is unacceptable.
I will never be buying from Lacoste again.

Spent over £100 on some trainers
Spent over £100 on some trainers, I arranged for them to be delivered to a DPD pick up point nearby. My parcel was apparently delivered but ended up going missing, I then contacted lacoste who didn't seem to care less and said it would take 15 working days to even look into this. After a couple days i ended up calling every single DPD drop off location in my area and found the parcel had been left elsewhere and after abit of arguing I was able to receive the goods I had ordered and paid for, but after the hassle and the fact lacoste were less than helpful I will not be using them again unfortunately.
