Beware.

I don't know the name of the woman with blonde hair that was supposed to take my blood test, but solely because of her I had to reschedule my appointment for another month, and I wanted to do this before New Year's, as a resolution. A simple goddamn blood test.
So what went wrong?
She asked if I have a document and I told her I sent it in the application online
And then she tells me she doesn't have it but eventually tells me she was asking if I was a completely different person despite me telling her my full name thrice
Then asked if I have a "RAMQ"(?) code to which I said I have no idea what it means and then she pointed at some code and told me it should be my date of birth but it's something different
And now that I can look at the document in full, turns out my full date of birth, explained in brackets, was LITERALLY ON THE LINE ABOVE.
Then she told me I have to mail her my ID and worker's permit and I made sure to ask "so we go print it physically and send it to you by mail?"
To which she said yes (remember this part)
So we go to the pharmacy to print the stuff out and right at the entrance my stomach enters a very long sequence of painful cramps and I had to go home
And as I'm back home...
This utter lobotomite
Asks "where are you you were supposed to email me the documents I close in 10 minutes"

I just politely asked to reschedule but I would most likely lose my mind should this have been in person.
Is it THAT hard not to put braindead people in charge of things that impact people's lives?
