Excellent customer service who live up to their belief of selling you the right jacket not any jacket. Excellent advice in converting the label sizes to reality to ensure you get a jacket that fits. Good communication when we had to switch my first attempt for an alternate jacket.

Purchased some boots and leggings from here, both fit well which is great :) I was wondering why the items hadn't been shipped, so I emailed and they kept me up to date on when my items were arriving with them and when they would be shipped, would recommend :)

The customer service of this place is just incredible. They were extremely helpful and flexible when I was struggling to find the right size for a pair of gloves, responded to emails within 24h, and sent every single parcel with a very thoughtful packaging. Each always arrived before the due date via dpd and was very quick.
Huge random act of kindness bonus... My older, sick cat who could not walk much enjoyed their cardboard box so much that they sent me another 3 just for her. They are absolutely lovely.

Good range of products and sizing is well described. I was nervous about buying petite sizes online but it all came very quickly and fitted well.

I have been riding for 20 years and today was the first time I have ever worn a pair of trousers that fitted me properly😁😁😁. As a 6ft1 woman getting trousers can always be a challenge but it's impossible with technical clothes as everything is always in the wrong place. Today I felt so fabulous in kit that actually fitted me and looked amazing. I have dropped my bike twice whilst trying to pull up ill fitting mens trousers so it was dangerous as well as not a great look. No more!! I feel so streamlined and protected in these wonderful leggings. Really good quality material, lovely snug stretch, perfect length and a nice high waistband. Thanks Ladybiker. I'm thrilled ❤️

First time I have used this company very impressed with quality of products, communications and delivery. They seem really tuned in to female bikers. I bought some boots which are a fantastic fit and look really good. I will be seeking their advice for a jacket and trousers. Would highly recommend they def go the extra mile.

It's often quite difficult to find motorcycle gear for women, especially if you're not into pink swirls, but LadyBiker has an excellent range of everything you'll need to be protected while riding. The biggest problem I had was narrowing the range down, but luckily they also provide a service where you can provide details of what you're looking for along with your size and anything else you feel is relevant, and this excellent team will provide advice on what will work best and what sizes to order.

This is all fantastic service, but I really understood what all the other rave reviews were about when I needed to exchange some items. They went above and beyond to get me what I needed quickly and I was left in no doubt that they really do care about giving their customers excellent service. Basically, if you're a woman and you ride a motorbike, you won't find anywhere better to get your gear!
