This website lie customer ! I buy 3 order and over 21 day nothing no asnwer email and charg. My money alot! Please money back to me

Placed a small order weeks ago. No response to multiple requests for order status / estimated shipping.
Replied to Order Confirmation email requesting order be cancelled immediately.

Ordered on Dec 11. Goods never arrive. Every EMial bounces back and Ph number is a full mailbox. This is a scam site.No replies no way to contact.

Had to file fraud complaint with bank after they charged my card and didn't respond to multiple emails regarding my order. They never sent it but their web page showed the order as confirmed. Once the bank informed them that they were rescinding the charge I got an email blaming me for using an invalid card. I provided proof that the they were lying.

It took 21 days, many emails, and a fraud complaint to get my money and now every place online is sold out of the item I wanted so I won't be able to get it.I think this"business" is a scam. Stay away

This is s fraudulent web site run out of Vietnam it appears. They never send anything.

I wanted to issue ZERO stars. I placed and order of over $30.00. Never shipped. No response to my many e-mails. Apparently this company exists only to SCAM and steel and deliver no products. Do Not order from this company

Lafinebouche.com, frenchfoodbaskets.com and letablierbleu.com have all the same phone number, look like the same site, same menus and all of them are fake and SCAM. I've lost 155 $ on letablierbleu.com. no shipping, no answer to my mails. Do not use your credit card with them. I blocked mine and I am about to get my new card. Be careful!

SCAM!

I ordered several items totaling $70. I received an e-mail order confirmation notice. Since then (20 days ago), I have sent several e-mails asking for the status of my order and nobody has contacted me. I also called them 3 times and nobody answers the phone.

I should have know something was wrong when the prices were so low, especially the duck legs that were 6 for $6. If it is to good to be true, it isn't true. What was I thinking?

Ordered product 11/25. no shipment verification ever received. No response to emails/support. phone number "message full". Luckily the charge to my AMEX never went thru so i'm not out any money.

No one answers the phone, you get a mailbox is full, message. Very frustrating. I paid on November 10, and it is December 13, not one email or call from them. The site claims to notify you when shipment is made, well if I've received no notifications whatsoever, do I keep waiting or do I find another seller? Look elsewhere

I got charged for my order and never got an email with the information. I waited a month and tried emailing and calling. No answer and I never got my stuff. Don’t waste your money!!

Don't buy from this company La Fine Bouche website www. lafinebouche.com ,this website or company is like ghost,i'm not even sure if they operate legally or is scam website.I order a Pommery Moutarde Royale au Cognac and is been all most 2 weeks and not received . Nobody answer to customer service phone number neither email contact,no tracking number for my order,i email them couple times no answer from them,i call to their phone number (212) 319-2255 no one pick up the phone,now i have to talk with my bank to dispute the transaction to recover my money back.I suggest you beware doing any business with this company Gourmet Food Company La Fine Bouche. website lafinebouche.com
