Communication Could Be Better...
Ordered some football shorts before Easter; expected a lengthy delay because of the holidays, so I'm not bothered about that.
What I am irritated about, however, is that there was almost no communication after the order confirmation; I do not recall receiving a tracking number or whatnot. I randomly received a refund around a week later, so I assumed that what I bought was out of stock. Then, a few days later, my parcel shows up at a shop — after I had already ordered what I wanted from somewhere else.
I'm not expecting cutting-edge customer service, but some transparency would be nice. I might order from here again, but will choose alternatives if possible.
